I had laminate flooring and carpet installed. The staff at Vertical Connection couldn't have been more helpful. The pricing is in line with 2 other estimates I got. The installation went mostly smoothly. I pointed out a few places where the floor creaked and the crew screwed down the subfloor to eliminate the noise. Unfortunately, there were 3 locations where the baseboards got pried up slightly while removing the old sheet vinyl floor, resulting in misaligned baseboard joints. We had a wonderful experience once again with The Vertical Connection. They installed two carpets in two rooms - our family room and our den. Both installations were done by experts installers who had to move some very heavy furniture with no damage to our newly refinished wood floors. This is not our first time working with The Vertical Connection and will not be our last. Thank you for the beautiful carpet which enhances our home. Very pleased customers.
