This review is for the Urgent Care portion of this location as I have not used their primary services yet. The urgent care hours are till 10pm and is more affordable for your pets urgent care needs than taking to pet hospital. We have seen a couple of doctors there and they are very nice as is the staff. Last night Dr Tewell helped us in the difficult situation of putting our almost 12 year old down. He showed us and our dog the compassion you hope for from a Veterinary practice. This place isn't bad, but it also isn't great. Staff has always been friendly and respectful but in the couple of times I've taken my dog here, something always gets missed. Once, I brought in samples to be tested for my dog and when I called to get results they said they "never got the samples"... that was disappointing and frustrating. They now have an urgent care and are open until 10pm. They also no longer have the call center, you can speak with someone at the clinic when you call. Everyone is always respectful, professional, and will work with your budget. Very thorough doctors and the remodeled building looks nice!

Thrive is now the only location i take my pup to. Staff are friendly and doctors listen. The Greenlawn location has expanded. One changed that i do not like is the answering service. You can not get to the front desk live individual without dealing with the answering service. Rooms are large and no smell of animals. My pup is still nervous but has room to place.

Made an appointment for my cat for an issue she is having, I was worried they were going to judge right away and straight up say it's because she's felv positive as we dealt with it several times before and nope! They were super sweet to my cat and actually seem to care about her, I'm grateful to have found a place that I feel will make sure she's healthy!!!

They were all great employees they were so gentle with my dog and I had to have him put to sleep , everyone was just great and Dalton ,my dog, was so well taken care of while I was there I hated to have him put to sleep but who could have asked for more of a caring staff , and the veterinarian was great I stayed with him to almost the last minute before I left, my dog is now in puppy heaven. Our 15 year old pooch had reached the end of her time. The vet and tech at this Thrive location helped us to make the hard decision and help our old girl out of this life. They were informative, kind, and caring throughout the process. They gave me and our sweet pooch, Loofah, a lot of love. Thank you.
