My pup had a broken dew claw and was in a lot of pain. It was 8pm when we got there and I wasn’t expecting much for this time. Hope welcomed us and did my intake. We were put in a room and waited a few minutes, I had expected to wait a lot longer. Candice came in and was very calming and informative. The staff at Thrive Pet Healthcare in Round Rock were very friendly and professional. I appreciated that the anticipated cost of the vaccines and visit were discussed with me prior to them providing any services. They were super great with my puppy as it was her first visit. I recommend them to anyone needing care for thier fur babies.
Took, Xena, my Registered Service Dog for what seemed a hip dysplasia issue..turns out it's a knee..got some pain meds and a 2 week very low exercise program... The staff was great..
