I can't rave enough about this place. The name "affordable vet care" might make you think you're not getting the best care, but that's absolutely wrong. I've taken my 9 year old dog here several times, from standard check ups and shots to a procedure to remove dangerous moles. Recently I took her here after noticing she had some pain in her legs. I recently adopted a stray who has many anxiety issues. He's very nervous and scared of new people. Not knowing anything about his history I took him to Thrive to get his shots and get checked out. Everyone that I dealt with at the office went above and beyond to work with him and try to make him as comfortable as possible. I absolutely love this place and all the ladies that work there. They were so good and very caring. I have to admit, they better than most of the doctors offices I visited myself. They explained anything and everything. They took real good care of my dog Dory. I am very pleased with this place. They ALL made my day because they made my dog happy!!!!! Way to ladies!! Thank you Melissa and Dr. Braun!!!

I've been here with my cat both before COVID and during. Each time, it's been a great experience for my pet and myself. They take the time to answer any questions. It's affordable. I highly recommend!

My dogs have always received quality care from the staff at this clinic. We have been going to this clinic for about 3 years. I sometimes have to schedule out an appointment for a couple weeks because they are a busy clinic; however, when my pups have had an emergency situation they fit them in. Dr. Braun is informative, kind, and professional. I truly appreciate the concern and care she and her techs give to my dogs. I have been using Thrive since past 5 years. Never had any complaints. My new favorites at Thrive is Dr Braun and technician Kat. They are both extremely knowledgeable, always explains everything in details. I feel as if they are reading my brain and answering all questions without asking. They have taken care of my pug in the past and I highly recommend them. Also I have pet plan with Thrive which I highly recommend. Its unbeatable!

Eddie had the kennel cough and this is the 2nd appointment after the antibiotic treatment of one week (he caught it in a doggy day care) and Thrive was one of the first options I was recommended at Emancipet! They are all super professionals and seem they care about your furry baby~ The doctor :( forgot her name, she was super friendly and took care of Eddie (Welsh Corgi) he had got over the cough and she recommended me to help him gain weight. Great! This is the best Veterinarian that I have found in Austin in the last ten years! The staff is professional and friendly, especially Kat. My dogs are comfortable with these ladies. The 6 month heartworm shots they have been on for the past few years with Thrive are alot easier then giving the pills every month. Fast and affordable appointments. I trust this vet. They don't try to upcharge you or do excessive testing like alot of other vets. I highly reccomend this Vet!
