Great staff. Thanks to Dr. Joshua Tewell, Candice Thompson, and Sissy. I personally asked for their names to shout them out for their amazing service. Be new to town, it’s hard to trust that people mean the best for you. This location’s accommodating environment, made getting allergy relief and other minor wellness care needs for my dog simple!
I had to take my three legged kitty in for urgent care cause she suddenly started limping on her only front arm. Dr. Miller and staff took such great care of her and she was able to have x-rays done to rule out any broken bones or scary masses. I’m very grateful to have such a caring urgent care facility close by that helped me ease my panic, especially since I would have waited much longer at an emergency facility.
I have loved coming to Thrive with my dog so much! We’re about to move to NYC and had our final appointment, they fit me in same-day and made accommodations for us. When they came out with my dog’s medicine they had decorated it - see attached. I cried in the car 😂 such sweet people! Thank you Dr. Fuentes and staff!!
My dog was cared for, however I’m disappointed that a 5 minute grace period was imposed without being communicated at booking, in email or in text. I was required to go to urgent care ($58) or reschedule (which I was not going to do to my dog) after driving 20miles in traffic to get there. I pay monthly for subscription and frequently feel that a genuine lack of caring for the plight of the customer is present. My dog feels better and at the end of the day I’ll take that.
Hi, I’m new in the area and my baby is my everything. Not even the vets back at home (whom I’ve seen for years) have ever treated us this way. So much compassion, understanding, and so pleasant. Even my cat was less stressed! Thank you for helping my Bugu ❤️
