10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend! They will continue to charge your card even after you cancel. When cancel online it gives you an error message when you try to cancel then they won’t refund you. My car was scratched in the car wash this place is GARBAGE and horrible customer service

Must cancel membership 7 days prior to your renewal date. I was not informed about this. I cancelled 1 day before my renewal date and then got charged again. Customer service would not refund me.

Very poorly trained and unprofessional staff at the Rio Hill location in Charlottesville VA. Not (All) but a bad experience affects all.

I daughter was home for the summer and she signed up for a pass. When I found out I was told that I would have to pay for a month that noone would be using it.

The computer system, off of Veterans Highway at the Tidal Wave in Lutz, FL, is horrible. I pay the monthly fee for the Graph service; however, their computer system gives me either tire or general cleaning. This causes me to go around, get out of my car, and for the staff to correct their stupid computer programming. The staff is great however, their computer program is horrible and completely wastes my time. I have to stop to get what I have paid for. Just horrible.

Customer service is a joke. Signed up for a monthly plan online and it gave me a certificate to print out to activate it. Nobody at the car wash could figure out how to do that, plus it was trying to charge my card again for a plan I had already paid for, and they had a bunch of reasons why, none were legitimate. Just trying to rip me off. Total joke and waste of my time.

I asked for a one time wash for $17. The attendant said I can get washes for the next 30 days for that $17. then sent me a link to "complete registration" when I did it said I'd be charged $30 a month via direct debit. I tried contacting by phone to cancel but no answer. By email but it's automated.
