1st time using on 4/29/24 and it tore off my 3rd brake light. Went back next day spoke with attendant she gave me my brakeligh and we file accident report, and she proceeded to tell me that someone would contact me in 3 days. Well on 5/4/24 me and my husband went back to Tidal wave and spoke with Manager and he informed me that they have my report and someone would contact me, manager gave me the name and number of Man that handles this area. Don’t do business with this company because they just want your money. They charged my account four (4) times after I canceled the account online before the 30 day deal they were offering had ended. When I called they pretty much called me a liar and stated that I didn’t submit a cancellation form so they offered to refund me one (1) payment of three to charged me for. I feel like they are calling me a liar because they said I should have receive a email that I never received. So they now have an extra $150 for services th... read more

This business destroys vehicles and does not take responsibility for it. if you value your car, DO NOT go there. I find it insane e, that after they damage your vehicle, they then turn around and say they won't help you, after damaging your car while using their services. this is the worst place to go to!

i was a member at Tidal Wave Auto Spa until the day I went to get a wash and was told I wasn't a member anymore knowingly it's been paid I was disrespected and treated different than another customer with same issue but different skin tone. I do not an will not support any establishment that will treat a customer this way

Train your employees better. Last month an attendant misleadingly stated i could cancel as early as a day before on membership. I was not happy with the service at all and reached out days before that and was still charged. News to me that customer service stated they “texted me” a 7 day policy. There was none. A horrible company for misleading and not honoring the customer. I have worked in sales and customer service since 2008 and you do the right thing by refunding the service when a sales associate gives the wrong info.

I took my almost classic h3 in. it scratched the hell outta it. blew my hood grill completely off my truck, up and over. by the time I got off the roller coaster. it had been hit. by 3 cars. I was pissed. I pulled around were they stopped car wash ran and grabbed my vent, said it wasn't hit to bad. handed it dripping wet to me through window. I said no. it ain't going happen like that. They charged my credit card multiple months without my permission. Refuse to stop doing so. I now warn as many people as possible to stick with Take 5 so they dont get ripped off by such a horrid company. This is the worst of our country.

I don't know why it says I recommend them! I absolutely DO NOT recommend! Truck recieved damage from the wash on May 21, 2024. Hood near wiper cowl now has missing paint due to employees being to rough and reckless with brush washing before entering the wash. The employee hit the hood which cracked the clear coat and the power of the wash busted up the paint. Would not recommend to anyone I know after this incident, which btw, I had to file against MY insurance since the wash is "not responsible for damage" that they cause... read more

Well I went thru there last night . There were no attendants outside so I went in the track . The two working was gentleman and a chick they acted very rude . I had a membership there and after yesterday I cancelled last night and remove the sticker . I have to admit the few times I went thru and came out the vehicle was clean and shiny . So I would not advise anyone to go there bc the employees treat u like shit , there were some that r nice . Take advice if u want too be treated like a child and talked to a chick !!
