They got us the car we wanted! They got us the car we wanted! It took a couple of months but the model, the exotic color—everything. Peter out hustled some other dealers; Bradley gave unbelievable assistance (even picked me up at the airport); Micheal calmly explained everything as he took my money; Tony laughed at one of my jokes. They charged us too much money but we got our beautiful RAV4 hybrid in Cavalry Blue!!

Recall replacement of a fuel pump After receiving a letter from Toyota, I called to make an appt. They ordered the part and called back to schedule. They had a loaner waiting for me which I had not requested and did not need. The job was completed in less than 3 hours, including the complimentary car wash!
Met Expectations! Service member came out quickly, listened to some concerns I had about the truck, and took care of things! Service time was less than expected.
Fast, friendly service I exclusively schedule maintenance at this facility and have always had very positive experiences. Service managers are fair, provide honest and fair recommendations and don’t apply sales pressure to do more repairs than necessary.
Service for Tundra Renton Toyota is no longer a relatively close Toyota service center for me. In fact it is a five hour drive for me to reach the service center but after using several other options for survive of my Tundra and am happy to make the extra effort.
