They don't do unnecessary work and advise me when service is due. They always do an excellent job. Also, I have never had any difficulty getting a loaner car when I need one. I do get to the shop right when they open, though.

My experience with Toyota of Renton dealership was My experience with Toyota of Renton dealership was excellent but not the car. I bought a Toyota RAV4 XLE Hybrid premium. That was the best option at the price range. But a couple of issue got me frustrated. First is the driver seat, it is too tight and I had to buy a cushion so my back doesn't hurt.
