Our experience started great with the salesman that came to our home, back on May 23, 2020, which was the day we purchased our windows with a sizeable down payment. But, that is the only part of this process that has been good. They came out to measure our sunroom (14 windows and a french door). The tech that came out stepped on the wet stained wood that was drying on the floor ( we had a couple different projects happening during this renovation ), ruining it and costing us more money. Ordered my windows in June. Installed in August. Thought everything was going great until my neighbor stopped by and asked what was wrong with my windows. Imagine how dumb I felt walking around my house as he pointed out all of the things that were wrong with them. Called the company to have someone come out and after a 6 week wait they finally came out on October 15. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK. DO NOT waste your time and money on this company. We ordered windows back in MAY- we were told it would be no later than end of July/beginning of Aug for installation. Sales lady forgot to include our (tiny-12"x20") bathroom window because she didn't want to climb into the tub to measure and said "that's about the size of a basement window so I will just jot that down". When they came to measure they said it wasn't in the paperwork and they wanted to add an additional $800 for that ONE window so now we have one old window am... read more

I refuse to work with a business who can’t even give me a quote unless there’s going to be a man around. Unacceptable, I’ll take my money and business elsewhere.

Huge Scam Universal Solar ....they drilled holes into my roof right through my ceiling....had tar dripping through into my home...complete hack job.... they told me I would reduce my bill to $12 a month with NVEN....I keep my temp average at 78*....I'm getting a bill from NV Energy for $147 and I'm also paying for the solar system at about $200 a month...this is not what they promised....if they had been honest with me upfront I would have never bought the system....I was told by Vito the salesman that it would take a few m... read more

My installation was on August 7 or I’m sorry 17th. The day that the installation was done they came in and proceeded to put all the windows in they did do a nice job at the very end they put my front window in my picture window and one of the panes was cracked my husband saw it and said you know what happened and the installers looked at my husband and said we saw that this morning before we came we already re-ordered you another one it’ll be about three weeks!! UWD rushed to get pd by greensky on june 26; altho we were told at the time of our siding contract that scheduling was 10 wks out, and we may have to make a paymt or 2 before install, it has now been more than 3 months, our 3rd paymt is coming due, we still do not have an install date, I can not open their portal to track our status bcuz it does not recognize our info, and today I was "conveniently" disconnected when I called.

What a joke! Between the lies told by the salesman about who would install them and almost 4 months to get them fixed after horrible work done by outside contractors (we were told there would be no sub contracts) they are still not fixed! The only thing worth saying nice comments is there customer service ladies were nice but they told me it would be fixed late October. Please if you are looking for windows try someone else!

We ordered our windows in January and we are still waiting for the right windows. They told us there is a window shortage, so they can't get our windows. We financed through them and I am making payments for something I haven't received. We are not happy with them at all.
