Stop lying to people. Buy one get one free is a joke it's still $1800 for one 27x 57 double hung half screen window, ...this probably wont be seen by the public because universal windows direct wont let it. You can't even see all comments on their page only the ones made by employees saying they love their windows. WORST COMPANY EVER!

Awful customer service...3+ months past promised install date and they've done nothing to make it right at all. Can't even get them to return a call. Covid is not the reason for the delay either as they made promises to close the deal several months into the pandemic. It didn't sneak up on them. We had a signed contract that this company decided to back out of. Be very careful when dealing with them. I could not believe that they would not honor a contract they signed.

*** edit to previous post! Surprise surprise more problems! Contractors came out today..demolished my existing window and cut a gaping hole in my house only to find an electrical wire. The “contractors” said they don’t deal with that and they needed to board up the house until we got the wire moved. NEVER were we told that we were responsible for that! Placed order May 18, measurements were made June 13, got email that production was going full speed June 26, and no further communication. I called, texted, emailed in July. Was told there's a glass shortage so no windows right now, hopefully in 6-8 weeks. It's August 27...they're silent again...no updates. texting again and trying to get answers. I'm not happy so far. Keep seeing adds for this company, but if they can't make windows, how could they still be selling them?

They could return customer phone calls - I gave them a $14,000 deposit, and have called them four times this week, and no one will return my call.

I do not recommend this company at all. They broke our couch. Left a gap between window and frame. When contacted, customer service acted like she was doing me a favor getting a tech out the next week.

Returning customer and I wish I went with my gut and got more quotes. Zero communication and they do not return phone calls and messages. You tell customers a time when things will be available and still nothing as we are going on our second payment. Not to mention the false advertisement with the "buy 1 get 1 free" promotion to only be told by sales thats a lie. Then with a straight face you want to charge $4200 with a "discount" of $2500 for a standard 32x80 steel door plain.. We will be going to the BBB!

The whole process to even set up a quote is horrible. You get hounded about where your spouse will be, what other companies you are looking at and when they will be coming out. The only thing you need know is my name and address. Unprofessional and invasive.
