We ordered our windows back in January and paid 14k for them. They were quick to charge my credit card for them and I think I made 3 payments before they even got installed. They come on install day and take out all windows only to find that 2 are mismeasured so they stuff the windows back in and foam them in. They look awful on the outside! This whole experience was dreadful. Started with piss poor communication to try and get the measurements for the windows done which took 2 weeks to set up as they never answered the phone even if I called them right back after they called me and I missed it while at work. Only got people to come out after to directly contact the salesman who did the consultation. I ordered my windows in August of 2021 and the installation wasn't complete untill May of 2022. it was only supposed to take 7 weeks from order date until installation. the installation team was very professional, but for them amount of time it took to get the product and they price I would not recommend them
I ordered windows in August 2020 and the work is still not completed! I took eight months to get the windows and when they installed the bay window it was a disaster. They couldn’t finish it the day they came out and left it looking awful with Easter being in 2 days. I had people come out three more times and they just cut it make it look good. I ordered my windows and waited approximately 3 months for installation. My husband took the day off to be there for installation and not all the windows were installed because the guy that sent to measure had measured wrong and the upstairs windows were too big! so now I had to wait for the installers to put in the correct measurements and now I am waiting yet again for the rest of my windows to be made and installed. also their buy one get free is bullshit as its roughly $1,000 a window. 10 windows $10,000. RecommendedWay overpriced for what they have to offer. Salesman talk their good games just to make that sale. I had these windows installed to replace my original windows from the 50s, on my house. I have never had so much draft. Not only do these windows suck, but the guy who installed them left a huge scratch on our wood as he was installing our picture window. and then left a bunch of dry culk pieces in random places when he was done. We REGRET purchasing these 2 years ago. We refer friends elsewhere!
Extremely poor and rude customer service. We had ordered 4-5 different windows from Universal approx. 3 years ago. We wanted grids to match the windows that were already on the front of the house. If I remember correctly, the windows they sent us did not have grids at all, the salesman did not mark the grids.
