Found the windows to be extremely over priced! The buy one get one is a scam. A 2000 dollar standard window should be in gold! But mine was marked as standard. Salesman called with lower price of 1600 but didn’t follow through with that price. Wish my husband had been involved with decision
Stopped by a booth at the Cleveland home and garden show with no intention of getting roof work done ASAP(more like 5 years away), but I talked with a guy and found out they do not offer metal roofing after giving some basic information. Scheduled an estimate...Someone was supposed to come out on Sunday afternoon but no one showed up, no confirmation call, no email. I'm not going to spend money with a company who can't even follow up.

Our install appointment was for 12pm 2/5/19 and they finally decided to call us at 1:20pm to notify us they were on their way. They arrived at 2pm, did the job unusually fast, cleaned up after the job was done, and replaced/re-screened 2 screens my wife noticed were ripped during install. I was not home during the install as I had to be at work to pay for windows in our home. Our installers kept forgetting things ( like our window sills for one ), but customer service is atrocious! Had to call 5 times in 4 days as we waited SEVERAL weeks for them to call us to reschedule! Then when they finally did come out, they had to make two trips to Home Depot to buy a saw, then a caulking gun. They advertised you could win a free home makeover yet all the pictures of winners were holding checks for only $5,000. That wouldn't go far but I entered anyway. Their rules state no purchase necessary yet when the guy came out he said they don't give away anything for free but they reimburse you if your name is drawn. They guy I talked to on the phone did not mention that and nowhere in the rules does it say that.
