They advertised you could win a free home makeover yet all the pictures of winners were holding checks for only $5,000. That wouldn't go far but I entered anyway. Their rules state no purchase necessary yet when the guy came out he said they don't give away anything for free but they reimburse you if your name is drawn. They guy I talked to on the phone did not mention that and nowhere in the rules does it say that. Stop erasing your reviews of unhappy customers for starters
I had a terrible experience so far and hope it can be resolved. I received quoted information on a few different occasions. Each time someone came out it was a different sales man, all quoting the ‘lowest price’ and all different prices. It was very confusing and unprofessional. I trusted them to guide us through the home improvement process and was let down time and time again and caught the sales men in a blatant lie. I wouldn’t wish their sales pitch on my worst enemy. What was only supposed to take an hour ended up being 2 hours. The rep was knowledgeable for sure but two major things turned us off. Don’t sit there and bash other companies to make yourself look better while showing me quotes that date all the way back to 2004. Also, be mindful of what you’re doing. Standing there grabbing at your crotch multiple times in front of my wife is something you should be avoiding. Their gimmick of buy one get one is a joke. Project started out... read more
I made the unfortunate mistake of giving my number on the facebook contest entry and have been bombarded by calls from a bogus collection agency ever since!!! over 50 calls in just a few weeks. Thanks..We will never give your number to anyone? calls started the same day...Totally destroying my phone.Calls from all over the country all the same collection company....Again Thanks!!!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a company. They installed a broken window into my home and said they ordered a new one and it will be here in two weeks. It is now going on a month with a broken window and have not heard back from the company. Called to speak to someone and was told that the window was never even ordered and they don’t even care. They got my money and now does not care about my business. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
We signed a contract with Josh on May 10 with a guarantee to have your front entry door, garage entry door and back patio door in by July 4. On August 2 the back patio door and front door were installed. The garage door could not be installed bc both Josh and the final measurement guy both had it swinging into our front entry steps. So now we have to wait even longer for our doors to be complete.
