BEWARE!! We were told they would match another companies proposal. Well they matched the price but not the work. When asked if the fascia and soffit was included just like the proposal we were told everything was included. Not true! Out $4000 of work. They never called to check to see if we were happy or follow up. Everything was subcontracted out. Not sure who is in charge. Lesson learned read every single word.

Every Person was Courteous and answered All of our Questions and the Windows we got were Amazing !! Top Quality !! The installers did their job in 4 hrs and you couldn't even tell they were here . The product is poor. The wind filtration that their repair department says we can't stop all the wind from seeping in. Made my rooms about 10 degrees colder last night my gas bills have gone up instead of down
I called Universal Windows direct for an estimate since they had a special 0% financing for 36 months and free installation for buy one get one free (min buy 5 get 5 free ) - I schedule for them to come out on Saturday 9am 2/24/2018 (TODAY) ��� AND THEY NEVER CAME OUT!!!! No call ... NOTHING !!! Just a no show �Horrible customer service.... such a bad impression. I guess I will have to call somewhere else for an estimate.
6 weeks to install took 10 months. And my last gas bill is the highest ever
I called to schedule an estimate to install some windows, and was told that I could not receive an appointment unless I provided my 'significant other's' name, and that she was present. When I refused, the sales rep hung up on me! I know they're reading from a script, but they just lost a sale because of this. I don't have time to play sales games-- I just wanted some windows---will definitely go elsewhere!
Pretty sad that i need at least 7 possibly 8 Windows replaced and then siding and gutter done on the house and just got off the phone with a rep that refuses to give me an estimate unless both my husband and i sit down and are there... we both have a very very busy schedule and 2 children that are very involved in sports and school activites. Very horrible experience with this company. Almost 3 months ago I had ordered windows from universal windows direct, they were more expensive than the other company’s I checked out but I thought you would get what you pay for. Boy o boy was I wrong. $11k for house of windows and was told that they would be done and ready to install by the first or second week or November. Which was already 2 months from order date.
