POOR---we have written proof-(they came out and did inspection) they measured wrong-installed wrong and now they want to charge us only $ 2000.00 to fix their error....horrible
Initial quote for full siding, without tear off was $40,000. Within 30 minutes we had them talked down to $18,000 (for the same services, material, and time line as the $22,000 higher quote) still about $6,000 more than other quotes. Payment plan and financing are wonderful options.
Window we paid cash for was suppose to be installed today we have been waiting since June got a call this morning from Joe yhat installation is not happening today because our custom ordered patio door that we paid cash for was shattered due to mishandling how do u have a career in window installation but u break a window not good business he was not empathetic at all and said there's no type of compensation they could Give us I will be contacting William barr and Michael s. Stay away! Some of the worst sales tactics I've ever seen. Horrible installers... 120 year old house and not an ounce of prevention for lead paint... Didn't even vacuum when done. Still waiting on the right sized window. HORRIBLE!!
I will start by saying that they did not do any work for me. After several attempts to get them to show up for a quote I told them to stop calling that I was not interested in doing business with them. Twice they cancelled on me once not even calling to let me know. They attempted to change the appointment date a couple of times. The last time they called to confirm the appointment the caller had 20 questions all of which I had already answered and that were going to be covered during the quote.
