Professional and I like the windows & doors.
Long lead time between contract signing and window installation. Two payments were made before widows were even in Expanding foam insulation was driped on patio and some on siding Storm door at front door was taken off it's piston to get supplies in and hasn't shut right since. One window required maintenance after install and no follow up was done for getting service tech out. One window is fogging in the mornings and I don't think they are suppose to do that??

We liked the window quality, looks and lifetime warranty.
Overall the quality of the windows seem high end, with a high price. Salesperson was rather pushy, using tactics at the end such as “if you bought these windows, would it take food off the table?” Or “the price is locked in now, and will only go up.” There was no catalogue to pick out or see what we were getting, it was “a a sliding door would be best here, what finish do you want, white or black?” And I didn’t know what anything looked like.
