The job was incomplete and installation was not installed professionally. I would not recommend universal windows to any friend

I was promised a $60.00 gas card and even after more than 5 times contacting and again being promised the card I still have not received one.

Wrapping on the windows on original install was terrible. Had to have that re-done, along with one window that was installed incorrectly and had to be reinstalled.Added 1 new window it was not placed where I wanted it ,I had it marked and I was there no one asked me they just did what they wanted to do. They then told me that there was a firewall on my outside wall which I knew was bullshit!My house was built in 1900,no firewalls!
