Part of my contract was to have a sign in my yard for thirty days which i will honor, however I have had three neighbors ask me about my windows and I've told all of them to use another company for windows. This will continue to be my recommendation going forward. My dissatisfaction is NOT with the installation, that was a great experience as the installers did a fantastic job on every thing. They even found five of the sashes to be defective from the factory and initiated an issue report (no. 81595) to address replacement. ... read more

I have been contacted many times in regards to a future project that we might do in 5years. I told the person on the phone that I did not want to be contacted anymore and a different person would call me a month later inquiring about the same thing. After multiple calls, they finally have stopped.
