Horrendous experience. The job is 13 months old now. We went with the low cost option but never dreamed it would turn in to this. There have been 5 appointments. They have never brought the materials they need to finish the job. One time they brought a cracked window and they new it was cracked when they loaded it on the truck.

Scratched 4 windows and damaged a screen when installing. One of the installers shit up my bathroom and neither one spoke English very well. It was hard to communicate with them. Left a mess outside. And lost a 7800 dollar check that I wrote them in May.

Not sure about windows' effectiveness in keeping the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It will take time to evaluate.

I did recommend a friend. There project was finished before mine and I still haven't received the $150 I was supposed to get for the referral

While I was initially very pleased with the windows as presented in the sales presentation and the follow-up related to good deals and financing, I have had many less than stellar interactions post installation and would not recommend this company to a friend.

The entire process was frustrating, time consuming, and had financial additions that need not have occurred. Installers very sloppy and did not complete work as agreed. They also didn't show up on day they said they would and I had put my dog in kennel for them. More time taken from my schedule to have their sloppy work fixed by another team. I have installed new windows in 3 other homes and never had these kind of issues. I
