Uptown Hounds was founded in late 2006 by Steve Robinson, a Lexington, Kentucky native. He envisioned a true resort for our beloved canines where all expectations would be surpassed and spent 18 months developing the concept and constructing the Lexington resort. Centered on family and hospitality, the Uptown Hounds resort is an all-inclusive home away from home, including vibrant activity for dog-loving families.

RecommendedNice place. They took care of our three pitties while we went out on adventures and excursions that were not dog friendly. We love that they came highly recommended since we were traveling from out of state. They even called us to let us know how everything was going. We also ask for baths and nail trims while our pups stayed with them which they gladly obliged . Uptown Hounds has absolutely exceeded my expectations every time. They treat the dogs with the upmost care and compassion and are absolutely top-notch I won hundred percent give this a 10 out of 10. I don’t have to worry if my pup is being taken care of and they do such a great job on grooming
It is the best place in lexington for daycare,activities and boarding for your dog. The staff are very nice and helpful.I really recommend up town hound 10/10

Great place to take your dog for Day care
Uptown Hounds and the whole team were so helpful for our stay in Lexington this past week. We got married at a venue about a mile away and our Pup was the "Dog of Honor." Kim, Hannah and the whole team went out of their way to not only take perfect care of our boy. I don't think he wanted to come home he loved it so much!! 12/10 recommendation we will definitely be using Uptown again!
Great Groomers! They groom all my dogs and I am very picky!
