Uptown Hounds was founded in late 2006 by Steve Robinson, a Lexington, Kentucky native. He envisioned a true resort for our beloved canines where all expectations would be surpassed and spent 18 months developing the concept and constructing the Lexington resort. Centered on family and hospitality, the Uptown Hounds resort is an all-inclusive home away from home, including vibrant activity for dog-loving families.

My dog Daisy absolutely loves going to Uptown Hounds for doggy day care. It allows her to run all day with her friends & I love it because she comes home and takes a nap! The staff is always so welcoming and helpful! Update 9/24/20: I took Daisy there to get a bath and her nails trimmed. She looks and smells amazing! Thank you so much!
This was our first time with Uptown Hounds. Very impressed with the facility. Tucker and Lucky had the time of their life as it was there first time ever going to daycare. They have come home worn out. Thank you for taking care of my babies. We will be back. Marian
My golden retriever loved this place. He loved swimming and playing with all of his friends. Great place! He passed in June 2019 was only 18 months old. Now I have another golden retriever puppy he is going to uptown hounds.
