Amazing place and care. Emma, our lady Pomeranian loves staying in. So, we too! Always open, always assisted, and nice people.

Our 12 year old dog had never been to daycare, but from the first day of all-day play in the small dog outdoor play yard, he was completely hooked! Wags gives a couple of free trial days, which encouraged me to give it a go. They also offer a 10% teacher discount which I really appreciate! The shaded outdoor play area is constantly supervised and cleaned, and my kids and I love checking the wag cam to check in on his antics through the day.

I just want to give a huge shout out to General Manager Ronell "Ronnie" Martin who is amazing. He is a hands on manager and has gone over-the-top to give great care to our beloved dog Charlie - and to me! He is passionate about what he does, and it shows - and our family is so grateful. Wag Hotels-Santa Monica is an amazing place to take your doggie!! They have a wonderful "all day" care that is fun & interactive for your pooch; there's even a live cam so that you can watch your little buddy inter-acting with other pups. We tried out their one on one daycare for the day. Everyone was super sweet. The check in process was smooth. At check-in, we were told that they would call us in 2 hours after drop off and I ended up calling them after 5-6 hours to check in on our pup because we didn't end up getting a call. We were also told when we checked in, that we would get a photo at the end of the stay, but also didn't get that. I would give them another try but maybe they were understaffed over the weekend.
Christian provided a tour for me before I planned to leave my pup there while I traveled, but he made me feel extremely comfortable leaving my boy there so I sealed the deal with booking after that! Fast forward now I Just picked him up today with such a detailed list of how he behaved, appetite and how he played in the park. I am so pleased with the treatment and if I leave again I wouldn't hesitate to bring my son to wag again! Thank you team! He seems happy and that's all I care about!

My grandma's dog Maverick comes here every day and he loves it. The staff are nice and they also give daily reports of how he did that day. The space is clean and also they have dog treats at the front for your dogs.

I could give this place a higher rating. I dropped my semi-shy doggie off for the first time and he had the best time ever! The staff was very informative and they have a live cam to watch your pup. You can tell the staff is extremely well trained and make sure your dog is comfortable the whole time. I will be taking my dog back here! I even got a nice email picture update!
