This is a great little place to drop off your four-legged friends while you go on vacation or if you're simply going to be gone for an extended period of time! The services offered here are incredible and the genuine love and care for your pets are palpable. We truly appreciate the effort and enthusiasm that Wag brings to the table. Love this company, especially this location! Jai'Reese has been very reassuring in making sure my pet cat had the perfect stay! The super cute photo updates from him and the staff, (especially Shari, Crystal, Carlyn and Brittney's!) along with the prompt phone calls if Simba had the slightest inconvenience kills my worries about boards and hotels altogether! Definitely a 10/10 would recommend!
I would start by saying I don't know who loves this place more, me or my dog, but it is definitely my dog. This is truly his favorite place in the world, I feel like I am dropping him off at Disneyland every time I take him, I am very jealous of his life (isn't that what we all want for out dogs lol). My dog loves staying here! The customer service is great and everyone genuinely loves and knows the dogs who board/go to daycare. Leslie is especially wonderful!
We absolutely love Wags! It's so comforting knowing that you're leaving your pup with folks who care for them as much as you do! She loves it there. They love her! When she's there we rest easy knowing that she's going to be taking care of! Folks like Omar in this photo and the rest of the team do an amazing job creating a safe, fun environment that brings our dog so much joy!

He took the time to really listen and assured me that they're taking steps to improve. It was clear he wanted to make things right and presented resolutions.
