Wag Hotels is a life saver! Super easy to pick up and drop off and they allow for early mornings and late pickups. Thank you to all the staff for watching over my pup, Jemma! She loves all the attention and belly scratches. Very friendly staff including Sasha, Shannon and others always greet me and Jemma for pick ups and drop offs. I know Jemma gets all the attention she needs. Thank you!!!

Love this place for my pup. I was a first time dog owner and they were so nice and made me and him feel so comfortable. They send photos daily, give him a huge hello in the am and big goodbyes when he leaves. All the staff know his name and are clearly connected to all the dogs. Armani and Ronnie are the best too. When my puppy was new Armani gave T extra love and hugs which made me so happy. They are best buds now. Ronnie is so helpful and always checks in to see how things are going.

I have been taking my dog to the Wags Hotel for over seven years. (LA and now Santa Monica). The employees have been wonderful. Lately, I have appreciated the help from Armani. He gives exceptional service to my dog. Barbara

We've been going to the West LA location for years when we're in LA The new Santa Monica location is amazing and the service is still above and beyond what you'd expect. Armani was super helpful when we checked in for our fur baby day stay and he really seemed excited to work there. We received photos of her in her play group throughout the day. I've been on a serious search for a good place to board my dog for a few days coming up this summer, a friend actually referred me to This company, so I decided to go and check them out . Firstly the place smells great ! The Front desk guy, Ronnie , I believe, greeted me with the biggest smile and made me feel so welcome ! The place is really nice ! I love all the options they have and I love how they're open 24/7. Over all the cleanest doggy hotel I've seen thus far! Wag hotels is a Go for me!

It's been a few weeks since the new location opened, and my dog loves coming for all-day play! There's so much open space for the pups to run around, and hang out in the sun. The entire setup is really nice, very large welcome lobby with lots of goodies for the pups. The new location is super close to the previous location. Every time I drop Neptune off I Iook forward to getting a text and email with a picture of how he is doing. The staff here is AMAZING! We're extremely selective of where we take our big boy for services, to say the least, he has an extremely loving family. We had been taking our big boy to get cleaned at a grooming salon, but we realized that the new groomers just were there to be there and noticed the quality of the baths were getting lowered. Now we understand, as with all dogs, there are certain quirks, but a good groomer is one that takes the time to understand the four legged client. My dog was so nervous the first 3 weeks going to a 'day play' hotel space, but little by little she really got accustomed to the routine and with every day that passed was a little more excited when we approached the desk and met with staff members. These days.... she's running towards them:) I can hardly hold her bag in the car. She feels safe and seem like she has a ball when she spends the day there.
