Ronnie you did it again! I had to leave town for work for several weeks and you had my crazy husky puppy loved and taken care of like no other. Not only was my pup well cared for but he actually put on weight and muscle which has been a struggle of mine to date. Thank you Wag Hotels and Wag Santa Monica, I am as always just blown away by your service.

We haven't brought our dogs to daycare for a while (since Covid). We dropped them off at Wag Santa Monica today and they had a great time. This facility is large, incredibly clean, and was able to let us drop off our dogs early. We also got very cute photos of them in the afternoon. Our dogs were so happy and we were able to enjoy our time away knowing they were well taken care of! Thank you to Bella and Armani for taking such great care of them while we were away!!

Wag Hotels SM is the best! Not only do they take amazing care of my sweet pup, but the staff are always friendly and helpful as well! I love that they are always coming up with fun activities to keep the pups interested and engaged as well! Splash day is a personal favorite of my guy. They also offer weekly free add-ons like hair brushing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing on their Wellness Wednesdays! I Love Wag Hotels ! My dog bear has been going to wags since he was a puppy ! The staff is wonderful! A special shout out to Ronnie! He is awesome and thoughtful and he has great energy! 10/10 would recommend letting your put go to daycare or stay overnight at Wag Hotels!

Our Zeny enjoyed her stay in Santa Monica, WAG. Armani and Ronnie are super friendly and helpful as far as a pre-stay tour and guidance right uo ti picking Zeny up. We always had home care but we truly trust our furry family to WAG. Thank you all.....

I'm cheating a little bit because I haven' t actually had my dogs stay here BUT I did a tour yesterday and had the most amazing experience. The facility was super clean (granted its brand new), the outdoor play area was great, a ton of nice kennels for boarding the pups, AMAZING and unique private rooms, tons of different services so no matter what your pups jam is - they will be good, and most importantly, the nicest staff.
