I'm cheating a little bit because I haven' t actually had my dogs stay here BUT I did a tour yesterday and had the most amazing experience. The facility was super clean (granted its brand new), the outdoor play area was great, a ton of nice kennels for boarding the pups, AMAZING and unique private rooms, tons of different services so no matter what your pups jam is - they will be good, and most importantly, the nicest staff. This place is AMAZING!!! Ronnie, Sasha, and I can't remember the other woman's name but she helps manage the building - they are all AMAZING! We were so nervous and sad to drop our puppy off for 5 days because it was his first time away from us. They took care of him like he was their own family. They called us to check in, sent us memories, worked with us to get the lowest price and gave our puppy Taz a second home that we can trust. We have been boarding our dog with Wag for over a year and we just adore the employees. They love our dog as much as we do and it shows in his excitement every time we arrive for daycare or boarding. They give him the extra time and attention he needs, they know his quirks and when he needs a little break and love on him hard. I feel very grateful to know he is not only safe, but very cared for every time he's at Wag!

They are the absolute best here! I take my dog often and I never have a worry when I'm gone! Everyone is so kind and they truly get to know your dog and what they need. Special shout-out to Ronnie and Shasha, Ronnie is the best and always helpful for whatever you need. Sasha sends the best photo updates!

Charlotte my love drags me in the door ready for fun. She absolutely loves it there. Armani and his team do such an awesome job. Being a Flight Attendant and having to leave my love is the hardest thing ever. But I feel comfortable with my decision to leave her there.
