My dog Rio absolutely loves coming here for All Day Play! Since I work in Healthcare, Wag Hotels was the only local daycare center that worked with my hours. Their package deal allowed me to do early drop off, late pick up, and even provided feedings at no additional cost. Rio always comes home ready for bed! I am so grateful for the staff at Wags - Armani, Lauren, Barb, etc for always taking great care of him while I'm gone. They are always so kind to their customers and the pets!

So, it's now been a year since I first started bringing my dude, Rocky, to Wag WLA. He has become a mainstay the entire staff knows and loves. His care is always impeccable and beyond reproach. I am ever so thankful and appreciative of the services the entire staff provides for Rocky and me. He's always happy to go and happy to come home. I never have to worry. I usually take my dog to the Wag Hotel in Carson, CA instead of the West LA location. That is mainly because of distance to my home. Because of the amount of guests due to the holidays, I took my girl to the West LA location. First of all, I REALLY like the fact that all of her records and information is shared between the locations, so I didn't need to bring everything. I absolutely love this place. The people who work there truly love animals and pamper my little Stella. Stella is a rescue and is extremely timid to people. But after going there almost every day for a couple months she has been coming out of her shell. She even kissed one of the employees the other day. They send you pictures of your pup and on their app you can see the dogs playing . They also have activities for the dogs, such ugly sweater day around Christmas and puppuccino day. Rose and the staff are incredible. My dog Billie loves her time there. It's nice knowing the health of my dog is a top priority at Wag hotel and my dog knows and leaps toward the handlers. I recommend Wag Hotel to anyone looking for dog daycare or boarding. The staff truly cares for my dog and that feels really nice as a pet owner.

Before I wrote this review, I took a look at the previous reviews and I can't really understand them. My experience was amazing, especially considering that this is the first Rosie has ever been at a day care. She was also there for grooming so it was very simple for me. I can't speak for others but I'll lay out how my experience was: I dropped off Rosie at 7am and the process was super simple: they checked her in and took her into the facility. We love Wag Hotel West LA!! The staff is friendly & helpful. They have great AC and you can watch the dogs play on the Wag Cam on the app!! The reservation system is easy and you can add treats, walks and other cool stuff. I imagine our Daisy likes it there as she gets excited when we pull up. We are so thankful for Wag Hotel and their great staff!! Thank You Wag Hotel West LA!!

We have been taking our greyhound Tina to Wag Hotel - West LA for about a year now and we have only great things to say. Our dog is getting up in years and the level of care at Wag Hotel is exactly what she needs. First off the crew really pay attention and will give feedback on how she's doing during her time boarding. We get little report cards & memories often.
