We're extremely selective of where we take our big boy for services, to say the least, he has an extremely loving family. We had been taking our big boy to get cleaned at a grooming salon, but we realized that the new groomers just were there to be there and noticed the quality of the baths were getting lowered. My dog was so nervous the first 3 weeks going to a 'day play' hotel space, but little by little she really got accustomed to the routine and with every day that passed was a little more excited when we approached the desk and met with staff members. These days.... she's running towards them:) I can hardly hold her bag in the car. She feels safe and seem like she has a ball when she spends the day there. Been coming here for quite some time and just wanted to give a big shout out to the West LA team. They've always been great and treat me and my pup like family. Whether it's grooming, all day play, boarding, my dog is always happy and excited to go back. thank you Jaime, Danae, everyone at the front desk, client services, grooming, and Armani for always looking out for my pup. recommended for all, looking forward to the new location!

My dog Rio absolutely loves coming here for All Day Play! Since I work in Healthcare, Wag Hotels was the only local daycare center that worked with my hours. Their package deal allowed me to do early drop off, late pick up, and even provided feedings at no additional cost. Rio always comes home ready for bed! I am so grateful for the staff at Wags - Armani, Lauren, Barb, etc for always taking great care of him while I'm gone. They are always so kind to their customers and the pets!

So, it's now been a year since I first started bringing my dude, Rocky, to Wag WLA. He has become a mainstay the entire staff knows and loves. His care is always impeccable and beyond reproach. I am ever so thankful and appreciative of the services the entire staff provides for Rocky and me. He's always happy to go and happy to come home. I never have to worry. I usually take my dog to the Wag Hotel in Carson, CA instead of the West LA location. That is mainly because of distance to my home. Because of the amount of guests due to the holidays, I took my girl to the West LA location. First of all, I REALLY like the fact that all of her records and information is shared between the locations, so I didn't need to bring everything. I absolutely love this place. The people who work there truly love animals and pamper my little Stella. Stella is a rescue and is extremely timid to people. But after going there almost every day for a couple months she has been coming out of her shell. She even kissed one of the employees the other day. Rose and the staff are incredible. My dog Billie loves her time there. It's nice knowing the health of my dog is a top priority at Wag hotel and my dog knows and leaps toward the handlers. I recommend Wag Hotel to anyone looking for dog daycare or boarding. The staff truly cares for my dog and that feels really nice as a pet owner.
