I've now brought my fur baby here twice and I couldn't be happier. I really like how the first two doggy daycare visits are free. This gave me the opportunity to gauge if my dog enjoys being here, as well as my own experience with their service. I felt at ease at how they require the necessary vaccinations for every pet that visits. I also like how they have employees that keep their eyes on the dogs in daycare to ensure their comfortability and that their space is clean. I'm a millennial w/ no kids so my pup is my WORLD. He also has separation anxiety so I can't leave him alone, not even for a millisecond. So when he has to go to Wags, even for 2 hours, he is just thrilled. No 'goodbye Mom' - just take off towards the door. I love Wag Hotels Santa Monica! We bring our dog Huck regularly for all day play as well as board him here when we go out of town. They are open 24 hours, so you can come anytime to pick up or drop off which is so convenient, plus it's nice to know there is always a staff member if your dog needs something. The different suite options for overnights are amazing - we love to be able to watch our dog via the cameras in the room, or in the play yard during the day. Wag Santa Monica is just the best!! The staff is always excited to see our Pups! We have one white lab, Winston and a small Doxie-Chi-Pin, Max Goodwin. Both dogs have very different needs and the staff is happy to adjust accordingly for each pup! What's even better - the cameras! I love to watch Max run around. I also love their little extras, nail trims, baths, treats. I know our doggos love Wag because if I mention "Daycare" both dogs perk up and get excited to go!

Love! The staff is attentive and are completely aware of my dogs daily activities and details when I call or receive a daily report. My dogs are currently there for an extended period due to construction at our home, I just stopped in for a visit. My dogs were excited to see me, I could see they were confident and well taken care of, the experience has been positive especially for two dogs with anxiety and one aging. I highly recommend Wag Hotels.

To date I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received with respect to my 2 chihuahua mixes Luna and Charlie. Approximately a month ago I visited Wag Hotels - Santa Monica because I was going out of town during the 4th of July holiday and needed boarding. It was the 1st time I had ever boarded them. Every employee I encountered while I checked out the facility was extremely friendly and helpful. Wag Hotels SM is the best! Our dog Belly looks forward to going to all day play every morning! The staff is always very friendly and I like that they have separate (and big) yards for large and small dogs. They are also great with boarding and grooming. Highly recommend!
