Very easy to register Lucas in this new daycare I came with no appointment Was able to visit The all facilities Thanks Danae for the tour and Jamie the general manager Nothing was hidden Very very clean Ac was working well in the suites for boarding I saw few staff members sitting on the floor cuddling with the dogs The daycare was great You can check the videos on the app and even got a first picture I feel confident and so relieved I found that place

I love this place and everyone in it . My dog is not always the easiest.... but everyone treats him like a prince . He's so happy to be there and I know he's well cared for . Big shout out to Josh and everyone up front for being so awesome and all the handlers who take care of my big baby . Y'all are wonderful

Update: the manager of this location reached out and basically had a full rundown with us on what happened with our cat. She was extremely apologetic and understanding of what happened and gave us a full refund.

Loveeeee this location! They accepted my fit baby with love and remember her every time she visits. They are patient and very sweet to xena! She loves coming here and she's such a shy dog but they always know how to bring out her personality! I love how they have cameras to view play time and offer 24/7 care whenever I have last minute vacation and work meetings out of town

Love sending my dog here for dog daycare and she loves to come. All the staff is friendly and great with my dog. They really get to know your dog and can tell if you they are having any issues out in the yard. The staff is really on top of everything and they make sure it is a safe place for all dogs to play and have fun. Special shout to Ronnie for just being a amazing staff member there who always has a sunny disposition. Overall great, clean and friendly place!

I adore Wag Hotels. My dog has separation anxiety and if I'm honest, I do too. Pretty sure he thinks I'm dead every time I leave him for more than 30 min and I'm glued to my home camera when I'm out. It's always a stress reliever when Theo can play at Wag Hotels since he's distracted and I know he's in good hands - a win all around - though I still obsessively watch for him on the Wag Cams lol. I am SO grateful to have Wag Hotels in Santa Monica! I take my love (55 lb pitbull) for daycare, grooming, and boarding there and the entire staff, from front desk to care supervisors are friendly, kind, respectful and patient! I was lost before having adopted my dog years ago and being told by MANY other facilities that they would not accept her because she has had a previous history of dog aggression, but not Wag! The manager has contacted me and apologized for the experience. She will be addressing the issue with the groomer. Appreciate the feedback and the effort to make sure this does not happen again with other fury customers. At the last minute we decided we were not comfortable with the Rover sitter we had chosen for our two small chihuahuas, we checked out Wag. As nervous and protective chichi parents, we needed to feel extremely secure before leaving on a 4 day business trip. While I had to rush out and get them both extra vaccinations to board there, the staff was lovely at the front desk from start to finish.
