We had a last minute change of travel plans that required us to board our one year old German Shepard. They were so incredibly helpful and patient when we had some problems uploading our documents to the website which already made me feel better. This is one of the safest, most fun place to daycare or board your dog, puppy, cat, as he/she will be loved and cared for by the staff members that know them. These individuals are always so kind, professional, respectful, and will take care of your pet as if they were their own - which puts me at ease. I can't say enough great things about Wag hotel Santa Monica. My husky Sierra has such a blast when I board her and the staff takes such great care of her. They send me pictures during all day play every day and give me report card updates. They also provide discounts for service members. Thank you Wag Hotel for always being so great and giving me peace of mind when I leave my dog with you!

I absolutely loved this facility! It was my first time using their boarding and I was very pleased with the service provided. I can regularly photo updates of how my dog was doing and whenever I would call to check in the staff was able to provided detailed updates on how he's been doing. My dog can we weary strangers but he loved the staff. 10/10 recommend for day care and or boarding.

Our 2 babies stayed at Wag over spring break, and it was a great experience! We got to be on vacation and relax, knowing they were in good hands. Dogs enjoyed their stay as we saw them on the playground camera every day running about and getting pets from the staff.

I completely trust Wag Hotel to take care of my dogs. Every single member of staff is super friendly and obviously big dog lovers. They all help give you peace of mind that your dog is being well cared for. My dogs have been to All Day Play and boarding and I know they love it because they go crazy with excitement in the car when we are a block away. The general manager Helmuth Jaime and Demone made sure that everything was set right from the get go. I checked in swiftly and with ease. The rooms are really well maintained and my dog made him self at home just fine. I will definitely be using this site again whenever I need my dog to be at a safe location with staff members who actually care. Thank you again WAG hotels :)))

I had spent week leaving my dog at WagHotel and I was quite nervous because Noodle needed a bit special attention. He had two IVDD surgeries a year ago and right before I left he seemed to be having a flare up. So I was worried to say the least. i met Ronnie and i felt at ease right away.
