Had a last minute business trip and accidentally scheduled for Rook (my grand dog) at the Santa Monica Wag. We usually go to another location. Well...Rook LOVED it! Great staff who calmed my nerves when I discovered the scheduling error. Santa Monica will be our new go-to. Nice outdoor play area. He adjusted beautifully.

My wife and I got married locally and unfortunately could not include our dog into our big weekend. We boarded her for two nights and genuinely felt relieved knowing that dropping her off at Wag Hotel Santa Monica was in fact the best possible option for our super clingy dog! Absolutely amazing! The staff are caring and helpful. I toured the facility before I decided to board my dog. I also did an all day play to see how she would fit in and she love it. My dog stayed for five nights. They fed her accordingly, sent me daily photo updates, plus I had access to the wag camera to periodically check in. We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend them.

We LOVE Wag Hotels! We previously had a bad experience at another daycare, and I read great reviews about Wag Hotels. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and it shows that they truly care about my dog's wellbeing. The facility is nice and clean, and there is plenty of room for my puppy to run around, make friends and have fun! We are so grateful to have found Wag Hotels and will exclusively be bringing our puppy here for daycare and future boarding needs!

Anytime Klaus realizes we go to Wags, he forgets I exist and starts running straight to the door. Everyone on the staff knows him and he rolls on his back to get belly rubs. I genuinely believe dogs are the best reviewers of daycare/ boarding and from what I'm seeing, Klaus LOVES it here and he is loved right back. We've been bringing our pup Sofie here for about two months now (all day play, as well as a week long boarding stay). The staff are friendly and courteous and I appreciate the detail and attention to ensuring messes in the play yard are swiftly cleaned. They play with the pups and give them cuddles during the day, and our pup Sofie enters in the mornings with her tail wagging, going to great whoever is at the front desk.
