I have been taking my dog here since she was a puppy and it's been great for all of us. She loves it, it gives me a break and the staff are awesome. This is my first dog ever and it's been so great to have some support as we are getting used to each other. Daycare, overnight, all of it has been great. And the mid day updates are hilarious and fun. Can't be more positive about this place.
We've been bringing our dog here for 6 years and she loves going every time! Very friendly and helpful staff, great for daycare and boarding.
We are visiting from Marin in the Bay Area, and our sweet pup Wolly has been coming to Wag Hotels Hollywood almost every day this week for the All Day Play Plus program. Wolly is a 12 lb, 10 year old Maltipoo who is very social but definitely set in his ways, so we do not say this lightly: we truly cannot say enough good things about the care he received here. My dog Fufu absolutely loves this place! I love that I'm able to check in on her through the all-day play camera, and they even send photo updates throughout the day so I can see how she's doing. It gives me so much peace of mind. Such a great experience. We're so happy we found them!

I live in Fontana but work in Hollywood and only go into the office occasionally. I had a work event in Hollywood and decided to leave my pup here to see how she'd do--and to get her a little extra socialization. From the start, check-in was super easy. They have cameras, so I could peek in on her anytime (which, yes, I absolutely did). She had the best time. I've been bringing my dog here for all day pls for about 6 months now, and I have had the BEST experience with wag. My dog is super anxious, so I was really nervous when looking for daycare places for her while I work. Although she was hesitant at first, she now loves going in and has gotten super comfortable with the staff here. They are always so friendly and helpful, and post daily pictures of each pup during daycare which is so cute. I've been taking my dog, Rex, to the Wag Hotel for a couple of years, and this place is unbeatable. The staff is terrific, and everyone I interact with takes a special interest in my dog and what he needs. They found the perfect play group for him. All the dogs get extras at the holidays. The daily pictures I get of my dog at Wag are another level of fun and peace of mind. I highly recommend Wag, and I couldn't see taking my precious Rex anywhere else.

Please read, About WAG HOTELS ON HIGHLAND... roughly about 7 months ago I was in need of a doggy daycare and boarding facilities for my 2 yr pug Carly. Since at that time, my wife had just passed away. I did not want Carly to be left home alone while I was working. I am so grateful for the convenience and location of the Wag hotel on Highland Avenue... I was concerned because she was a rescue. She had been abused...
