We checked out Wag for the first time today in person and it was great! Just picked our girl up after an afternoon of play and she is all wags; plus she smells delicious after her bath and brush. The morning started with a call from Leo confirming our reservation and doing a pre-checkin. As this was her first visit we wanted to make sure she had an awesome time so we booked splash time (puppy pool play) and an ice cream sundae. I recently used Wag Hotel's services for my nervous Rottweiler Lab Mix, Hazel. I was so impressed! The staff were flexible with check-in times, sent daily updates via their app, and offered a live stream where I could see her playing with the other dogs. I was a new customer, so seeing these updates was such a relief. We could see her adjust more and more each day. Seeing her smile made my day. When I picked her up she was bathed and happy. I've been bringing Ace here for grooming and boarding for about 4 years now, and I've always been happy with their service. Recently, I've noticed some positive changes that make the experience even better. The daily updates and pictures during boarding have become more consistent, and I really appreciate getting those, it's something I always look forward to when I'm away. I started taking my Border Terrier (Pinky) to Jen at Wag Hotesl in Oakland. It's hard finding groomers who hand strip! Jen does am amazing job with Pinky! Pinky comes back smelling and looking like a new dog! Thanks Jen!

We had a wonderful experience at Wag Hotels in Oakland with our golden retriever Maggie. Everyone was so warm, kind, and welcoming, and we could tell they were taking great care of her. She had a bath on her final day there, and came home soft, fluffy, and so lovely. Special thanks to Jamilah and Leo for their exceptional care!

My yorkie and I have been coming here regularly for just over a year now and I'm very grateful to have a clean, safe, convenient and friendly place in my neighborhood for my dog to stay. We are always greeted warmly and the staff are so sweet to my Furbaby. I enjoy getting pictures of him looking mischievous, or playing with other doggies throughout the day.
