I have used other dog hotels/ day cares and this is by far my dogs favorite to go to. She loves the staff, they always send me pictures updates on her stay. My dog never used to get excited to go to daycare for the day while I have to go into the office and now she does which gives me a lot of peace of mind while I'm at work!

Wags Hotel has proven to be our go to spot for daycare and boarding. They have been super caring and understanding. Also Special thanks to Deshawn who is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that we leave knowing our puppy will be in good hands.

Mochi was returned to this facility and has had even been happier coming home. He gets to fully socialize with other pups and the faculty team are extremely helpful. Exclusively one worker by the name of Shawn has always made sure Mochi is well taken care of. Shawn has been attentive and fully is knowledgeable about my dog. I am happy to know he's in good hands when I drop him off at Wag Hotels :)

I am very grateful to have wag for my dog Teddy. As a firefighter who works 24 hour shifts it relieves a huge amount of stress knowing my guy is getting well taken care of. Wag has a lot of different options depending on your dogs wants and needs, such as all day play, 1 hour playgroups, boarding, day stays etc. Teddy likes other dogs, but also enjoys sleeping and playing with his toys so the playgroups work well with him. I could not be more grateful to have found Wags for my dog Bailey!!!!! I have trust in the staff that when I leave my dog in their care she will be well taken care of while I am at work. Always welcomed by a warm and caring staff when I drop her off in the morning! She receives belly rubs and attention from the team which is helpful for her socialization. I have been bringing my 5 year old chihuahua, cash, here for about 3.5 years specifically for overnight boarding. We've always used the Oakland location as it's the most convenient for us. He's spent anywhere from 2 nights to over a week and we generally have him stay in one of their suites. They've always been super responsive and attentive to both me and cash. Our doggie loves Wag! Our only trusted dog care. Our dog has stayed here for more than 10 days at a time and she loves this place. They are truly trusted and treat our dog like family! I think she loves this place more than us.
