Wag hotel has been great for my dog Jax. He has a touch of anxiety so staying home alone is a no go. The staff at Wag takes such great care of him and all the dogs. I'm truly grateful that I can drop him off in the morning and not give it another thought until it's time to pick him up. 5 star all the way.

I can't say enough great things about the groomer, Rachel!!! She did the most phenomenal job grooming my mini Bernedoodle, Mazzie. Mazzie has super high energy and doesn't like to sit still for long. She also has a hard coat of hair to groom. Rachel was so patient with Mazzie and it shows- this is the best haircut Mazzie has ever had! I'm sad we found Rachel right when we are getting ready to move. I will absolutely schedule another grooming right before we leave because I doubt I'll find a groomer who does as good a job!

Overall: This Wag location is a perfect fit for my pup. Winnie initially was a shy rescue who would try to run away from strangers, but has always been dog's dog. With time, she has really blossomed into enjoying her time there and trusts all the staff. The staff recognizes her, knows her commands, and she's generally pleased to see them. My standard Parti golden doodle is regularly groomed by Rachel. She is the best of the best. I love how she grooms my doodle and just how perfect he looks afterwards. What I love the most is her attention to detail and her love for dogs. It shows. My dog is a bit anxious but never around her. It's so nice to have a quality groomer. We've been taking our pup to Wag for a while now. I have to say the staff/crew at Wag have been awesome! From the front desk in the a.m. and p.m. to the staff who accompany our dog to All day play (ADP), to the groomers/bathers, to management- you have a great crew! Our French Bulldog Louie has been going to Oakland Wag for almost 3 years and we couldn't be happier with their customer service. Their employees are very caring and welcoming with smiles. I love how we are able to view our dog through the Wag cam and we are also sent daily pictures via email which makes our day. Deshawn got employee of the month today which is well deserved. He's an excellent employee. Keep up the good work!

Prior to coming to Wag Hotels, I had used their dog walking service via the wag app. After searching for a more flexible doggy daycare option, I found Wag Hotels. Due to my schedule, I often do not get off at a consistent time and sometimes even after 7PM. Wag offers late pick-up and feeding options, the fees for these services are waived if you get a monthly package. After several months, I can confidently say that my pups and I LOVE this location! Such an amazing place to take your fur babies for the day or overnight. We have been using Wag Hotels since we got our daughter's dog who will be turning 7 this summer. Since she has moved out so we added a new addition to the family along with our 5 year old dog we take them both to Wag Hotels in Oakland.
