I have always heard about Wag Hotels, but I have never brought my dog in for any of their services before. I'm truly glad I did. We decided to take our fur baby to Wags for day care. Because our dog is sooo active, sometimes just playing with him is not enough. Also it's super convenient when you need a place to take your dog, for those longer days at work. Amazing! My guys were thrilled here! WH picked up on my guy's unique personalities. I can't say enough good things about the staff and my first experience! My only negative is that they didn't seem excited to see me. Thanks WH and we'll be back!

This was our first groom at the Wag Hotel. They have a great deal for 25% off your first groom. We were having trouble finding a great local groomer with affordable prices but, we found Rachel from other jack London square dog moms and she did a wonderful job with Waffles! We picked him up and he's had his best haircut yet! (He gets a cut every 7 weeks so he's had a lot!) she listens to what you want and exceeds expectations! My review is for the groomer who groomed my cocker spaniel Prince on 02/12/23. I have been having a terrible time trying to find a groomer that could properly groom a cocker spaniel. I met a cocker spaniel owner in the park and liked the way her cocker was groomed and she told me she takes her cocker named Stanley to Wags. I promptly booked an appointment and can say this is the best Prince has loooked in awhile. The groomer nailed it and my boy is now sweet smelling and oh so fresh. i am currently experiencing a house crisis, staying in a hotel for 4 nights, and had my puppy with me the first night. she was stressed out from the house crisis and could not settle down in the hotel, so i decided to board her the next day at wag hotel as i extended my hotel stay for two more nights for a total of 4 nights. after telling the manager what was going on, he unexpectedly -- and to my great surprise -- offered to comp 3 days of boarding in a room with a camera so i can see my puppy while we are apart. he also sa... read more

Honestly best daycare I could ever ask for. First of all, I had adopted my dog assuming I was staying at my WFH job but got a a much better opportunity but I need to be office M-Fri. So I had to last minute find a daycare in budget. They let me try out Wag for 2 days before committing. I have the 30 day pack now. For the amount I pay, I get 1 free bath a month, early and late pick ups, Wednesday pamper sessions and so much more. Everyone there have been so friendly. Thank you wag hotel!! Last minute accommodations! Due to me being in labor, wag hotel did their very best to watch after my fur baby. I was in the hospital longer then expected. I was able to call them and they were so friendly and understanding. Thank you for taking care of my furbaby and sending me photos of him while I was in the hospital

This review is for RACHEL in the grooming department! We had our Aussie Doodle groomed on her last stay at Wag and Rachel graciously came in on her day off to accommodate me (wanting a very experienced groomer for our Doodle, if you know, you know ;-). When I walked in and saw my girl I melted! Haven't been able to find someone to groom her like this EVER. She was nice and fluffy and shaped perfectly. Rachel clearly has some precise scissor skills. Nova loves wag! She's been coming here for the past couple years 3x a week! She's always super excited as we're heading inside the parking garage. I love that they have cameras so you can watch your fur baby play. And the best part of all is they always have fun weekly activities planned for the pups. They also even have them do some fun art projects for you to bring home
