We love Wag Oakland! One of the most important things for my daughter and I is that Cocoa has the chance to socialize and exercise. With the themed activities, which we love, and daily activity plans, we know she is getting just that. The Wag staff is awesome, helpful, and always smiling. My boys have been going to the Wag daily, in all-day play, for a couple of years now and I would highly recommend this business. Staff is friendly, helpful and genuine. I have also boarded the boys there and It is comforting to know that when I cannot be with my fur babies there is safe place to leave them. Thank you to all the Wag staff for taking wonderful care and of my boys!

I can't say enough about the staff and the Wag facility in Oakland. I've had to leave my dogs in other places and they were ok but I never felt as relaxed and reassured of their care as I did when they stayed at Wag Hotel in Oakland. It is TOP NOTCH!!! I'm never worried about my 2 dogs there. When I'm out of town I've received periodic reports with photos on their stay. As a dog or any pet owner you couldn't ask for more. I truly recommend Wag Hotel in Oakland. You won't be sorry

Wag Hotels and the staff in Oakland deserve waaay more than five stars. Aside from the basics (which are pretty awesome) they go way above and beyond to make sure your fur baby and you are taken care of and can enjoy your vacation with no worries! The manager reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. I do wish the staff would have told us about our dog's incident when we picked him up, instead of me noticing when we got home, which is why it's not 5 stars. After being home for a few days, Bruce seems fine.

My technical team has gotten it back up but I do apologize for the issue. I'm sorry we didn't notify you of the scrape on his face and scratch on his leg. During rough play, it is normal for scratch marks to happen between dogs. We'll be in touch and see how we can make this right.

Wag hotel has been great for my dog Jax. He has a touch of anxiety so staying home alone is a no go. The staff at Wag takes such great care of him and all the dogs. I'm truly grateful that I can drop him off in the morning and not give it another thought until it's time to pick him up. 5 star all the way.
