I have been a long time user of WAG since my fur baby was a puppy. Every member of the staff has been helpful and always makes me feel like my little one will be well taken care of. He is there for All Day Play Small, gets regular Bath, Brush and Nails and sees his groomer Rachel who makes him look like a super star. When I have to travel I know that he is taken care of and anytime something has come up they call to check in with me. So I am always in the know. Wag Hotels has been such a great addition to my dog care. Having to go into the office at least once a week and being able to drop him off with a team of people who are always excited to see him. Wag Hotels is the best dog care center that I've experienced since adopting my dog 6 years ago. During the first 2 years of owning my pup, I tried a few other dog care centers but never felt happy/comfortable with the care (or lack of care) there. Before finding Wag Hotels, one dog care center I used obviously lacked proper supervision because my dog would come home periodically with injuries (e.g. scratches near the eye, cheek laceration, and puncture wound from another dog biting her). We love Wags Hotel! Our puppy Edith has been going to Wags for 2 months. She participates in the All Day Doggy Day Care program and has a great time! I check on her a few times per day via the webcam and she is always running around or napping near or on her human friends lol. We purchased the VIP package which is a fantastic value. This is was the first time we needed to board our 10 month old boxer puppy, Zeke. Have driven past the Oakland location multiple times, so decided to look it up on the web. Went for the tour and was taken care of by Deshawn. He explained everything and then helped me with my reservation. Was a little worried how Zeke would do his first time away from home. Love these guys! We hate to leave Taco in any situation, but we know he's in good hands when we take him to Wag--from the moment we arrive we feel like VIP, and Taco's always excited to see his human buddies (and vice versa).

I'd like to just give a big thanks to the staff at Wag Oakland. They are always kind and efficient and take great care of me every time. I take my 11-year-old boxer Taco, and i know he is being taken care of and loved even if he barks all day hahahhaha he even made pet of the week.

We love taking our giant sheepadoodle to get groomed at Wag. Rachel's awesome. Our pup is huge with a ton of fur. We've tried many other places in the past, but no one could handle all that fur. Rachel not only makes him amazing looking, she's also really kind. Our dog loves her!

Wag has been a reliable place for my dog's daycare for the past 4 years. They always treat her well and it makes me comfortable knowing she's happy and safe with the lovely people they employ. She loves going in and always leaves happy too. I'm thankful for their care, and they are one of the few places that work with my crazy hours as a nurse.
