We LOVE wag hotel. I am extremely impressed w the attentiveness, kindness, and empathy of the staff. I've had great interactions w Norma, the gm, and Deshawn, the manager ,and every person who has helped us! My 11 yr old arthritic pitbull always comes home clean , very happy , and very tired! I love being able to view him on the cameras. Great facility! I trust them w my baby.

They are great and very friendly. My Rottweiler always comes home happy and tired. Location is convenient right off the 880 freeway

The team is super friendly and helpful. Our dog is our baby and they understand that. I appreciate their patience in answering all our questions and not being annoyed by all the detail I require before leaving my baby! I feel comfortable and safe leaving him there which is the most important! And that he will be cared for and not ignored.

I have taken my dog to Wag Hotel for several years now, not only for all day play but also for boarding when I am traveling. The folks at Wag Hotel know my dog and she is very comfortable there. They really care about my dog and she's always excited when I drop her off. I would highly recommend Wag Hotel in Oakland!

24hr pickup and a friendly staff that seems to care about the pups. We've taken our dog here for years and it's always been a good experience.

Great staff and an excellent space for Mr. Moose to spend the day or a few nights when we are out of town. Love the photo updates and accommodations to make his stay so much easier on us.

I have been bringing my pup Kona for all day play daycare for the past 5 months and she loves it. She will come home tuckered out and ready for rest. I like that you are able to peep into what's going on using the wagcam. I just wish you could see it via the web, it's only available on the app. I don't have good phone service at my work and no good access to wifi, so web would be make it easier access. First time I was away from my pup and needed to board her for four days. The team at Oakland was extremely attentive and kept me updated throughout the day. The pup cams were definitely an added sense of comfort while being away. Both Nola and DeShawn were super helpful with the reservation and communication and overall provided great customer service. Will definitely continue to bring my puppy here as I travel for work often . She loves it!
