This is was the first time we needed to board our 10 month old boxer puppy, Zeke. Have driven past the Oakland location multiple times, so decided to look it up on the web. Went for the tour and was taken care of by Deshawn. He explained everything and then helped me with my reservation. Was a little worried how Zeke would do his first time away from home. Love these guys! We hate to leave Taco in any situation, but we know he's in good hands when we take him to Wag--from the moment we arrive we feel like VIP, and Taco's always excited to see his human buddies (and vice versa).

I'd like to just give a big thanks to the staff at Wag Oakland. They are always kind and efficient and take great care of me every time. I take my 11-year-old boxer Taco, and i know he is being taken care of and loved even if he barks all day hahahhaha he even made pet of the week.

We love taking our giant sheepadoodle to get groomed at Wag. Rachel's awesome. Our pup is huge with a ton of fur. We've tried many other places in the past, but no one could handle all that fur. Rachel not only makes him amazing looking, she's also really kind. Our dog loves her!

I was supposed to leave this review a long time ago in September but...life. I am always so happy with this location. They are always able to accommodate me and make scheduling so easy. The staff is super friendly upon arrival and they are very understanding with the nervousness that is leaving your baby. I have never left my dog Leo with anyone before so this took a lot of commitment to leave him be. He is only a year old and I am still learning what he is comfortable with. Wag has been a reliable place for my dog's daycare for the past 4 years. They always treat her well and it makes me comfortable knowing she's happy and safe with the lovely people they employ. She loves going in and always leaves happy too. I'm thankful for their care, and they are one of the few places that work with my crazy hours as a nurse.

I've been taking my dog Nala to WAG oakland ever since she was a pup. My experience has been great in all areas including daycare, boarding, and especially grooming. They staff remembers me and my dog as soon as we walk in, and they are always welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. We've tried other dog daycares and spas too, but their daycare model isn't the right fit for us. Wag Hotels has taken care of my husky for over 4 years. My dog is excited when we pull up and leaves a happy and tired dog when I pick him up. The staff is always pleasant and positive. They seem to have worked hard to get an organized flow of dog parents and dogs checked in and checked out especially during the peak drop off and pick up times. The location is also super convenient.
