I have been bringing my fur baby (Hendrix) since he was a year old (for doggy day care, grooming and boarding), and the staff has been amazing! Hendrix walks in like a celebrity because as soon as he walks in everybody calls him by his name and gives him love. Alot of the staff has also been working there since Hendrix started going, which is great because you get to really know them.

Oakland Wag Hotel in my opinion is awesome! I can depend on the team to take care of my pup Saida daily. Some days it is due to a long work day and others it just provides me a chance to relax and get some quite time without being concerned about Saida's needs. Since we currently live in an apartment, the time away so that she can socialize and get fresh air throughout the day is very important to me, and Saida. I found Wags hotel while searching for an overnight boarding spot for my puppy during a recent vacation. The reservation process was simple and I was able to talk with customer service (who was VERY helpful) to complete my pet's profile. I couldn't' have been happier with the facility, prices and staff at Wags. The drop off process was quick and easy, and although I would be missing my puppy, I knew he would be having fun with other dogs during the hour long play time. Wag Oakland does a great job with my dog Max! They're always so friendly, fast and efficient during pickup and drop off, and very accommodating when scheduling daycare!

I highly recommend Wag Hotels! I first brought my dog for boarding and I had a great experience so I started bringing him for All Day Play. My dog gets so excited when we walk through the door. I like that they always send a photo of my dog playing and that always brightens my day while I'm at work. The customer service is phenomenal and I'm always greeted with a smile. Biggie loves Wag Hotels and so do I. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and very inviting. You can tell this is a well-run business and that management really takes pride in how they hire, train, and provide a great service to the dogs. I love getting the pictures they send every time they watch Biggie, or being able to watch him on the livestream webcam. We have been taking our dog to Wag Oak for almost a year. She loves it and seems to be enjoying her time there. Everyone is super profesional and accommodating. Highly recommended, specially for all day play!

I cannot say enough great things about Wag Hotel in Oakland. The staff is friendly and professional but that's not what important to me. Tulip, my pittie, loves it there. That's what's important. The Wag staff know their customers. They greet Tulip and all dogs by their name on arrival. All the tail wagging is pretty clear indication that Tulip isn't the only dog that loves Wag.
