I have been bringing my 5 year old chihuahua, cash, here for about 3.5 years specifically for overnight boarding. We've always used the Oakland location as it's the most convenient for us. He's spent anywhere from 2 nights to over a week and we generally have him stay in one of their suites. They've always been super responsive and attentive to both me and cash. I've never had issues leaving him here. He does all day play and when it's time for him to go to bed I get a video link to the camera in his room and can check in on... read more

Our doggie loves Wag! Our only trusted dog care. Our dog has stayed here for more than 10 days at a time and she loves this place. They are truly trusted and treat our dog like family! I think she loves this place more than us.

We love Wag Oakland! One of the most important things for my daughter and I is that Cocoa has the chance to socialize and exercise. With the themed activities, which we love, and daily activity plans, we know she is getting just that. The Wag staff is awesome, helpful, and always smiling. I can't say enough about the staff and the Wag facility in Oakland. I've had to leave my dogs in other places and they were ok but I never felt as relaxed and reassured of their care as I did when they stayed at Wag Hotel in Oakland. It is TOP NOTCH!!! I'm never worried about my 2 dogs there. When I'm out of town I've received periodic reports with photos on their stay. As a dog or any pet owner you couldn't ask for more. I truly recommend Wag Hotel in Oakland. You won't be sorry

Wag Hotels and the staff in Oakland deserve waaay more than five stars. Aside from the basics (which are pretty awesome) they go way above and beyond to make sure your fur baby and you are taken care of and can enjoy your vacation with no worries! We did have one technical issue with the camera in our girl's room, but Peter, the Hotel Manager took the time to fix this. The manager reached out and went above and beyond to make things right. I do wish the staff would have told us about our dog's incident when we picked him up, instead of me noticing when we got home, which is why it's not 5 stars. After being home for a few days, Bruce seems fine.
