It's great for dogs but not so much for cats. I was in a bind for cat care for my 2 cats as construction unexpectedly began on our building the day we were to leave on vacation. We couldn't leave them with all the noise, worker entry (horrible timing we couldn't control), and a home cat sitter for just an hour or 2 per day. Got them boarded at Wag last minute. Always super kind and communicative. Ronye is always great, knows my pup and even helped me out with a leash in a pinch. Shout out to Yaminah who was gentle and explained how my pups day went. Love that they take the time to give feedback and care enough about all the pups to recall how each day went.

When I first got there I was just expecting a place that someone can just watch my dog(Koa). But the care that I actually got was more then I expected. First time adopted a dog. My brother brought his dog in over the weekend and got the best service he could've possibly had. I'm so grateful we found this hotel, it's incredibly clean and everyone is so friendly, Luka brought our dog to us in the lobby and we had a fun chat. Very personable staff! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a fur baby. We took our 5 month husky here and the staff was very friendly. The first time there was free which was amazing! She was there all day and we got to see her live on a webcam, all day. That was such a peace of mind. We have taken her to other places and we got no updates whatsoever from them. We checked out Wag for the first time today in person and it was great! Just picked our girl up after an afternoon of play and she is all wags; plus she smells delicious after her bath and brush. The morning started with a call from Leo confirming our reservation and doing a pre-checkin. I recently used Wag Hotel's services for my nervous Rottweiler Lab Mix, Hazel. I was so impressed! The staff were flexible with check-in times, sent daily updates via their app, and offered a live stream where I could see her playing with the other dogs. I was a new customer, so seeing these updates was such a relief. We could see her adjust more and more each day. Seeing her smile made my day. When I picked her up she was bathed and happy.
