I started taking my Border Terrier (Pinky) to Jen at Wag Hotesl in Oakland. It's hard finding groomers who hand strip! Jen does am amazing job with Pinky! Pinky comes back smelling and looking like a new dog! Thanks Jen!

We had a wonderful experience at Wag Hotels in Oakland with our golden retriever Maggie. Everyone was so warm, kind, and welcoming, and we could tell they were taking great care of her. She had a bath on her final day there, and came home soft, fluffy, and so lovely. Special thanks to Jamilah and Leo for their exceptional care!

My yorkie and I have been coming here regularly for just over a year now and I'm very grateful to have a clean, safe, convenient and friendly place in my neighborhood for my dog to stay. We are always greeted warmly and the staff are so sweet to my Furbaby. I enjoy getting pictures of him looking mischievous, or playing with other doggies throughout the day. Personally I like wag hotels. They're convenient and quick. But they're really just ok and not as personal as some other places.

Just dropped off our dogs at 4 am! So convenient that they have 24/7 staff. Ashley is so incredibly thoughtful and kind. You can tell how much she cares, and she is always smiling. She even knows the unique personality traits of our dogs and ensures they are well understood and cared for. We love Wag Oakland, which is why we drive an hour to board our dogs here.
