WOW is the only word I can think of! Desire, Davianna, Kayla, Deshawn, Annettte, Lilly, and Misha are outstanding individuals who have been caring for my dogs. Mocha and Latte have been attending all-day play for more than a month. They went in as fun, friendly little guys but were not comfortable with other dogs. Both were leash pullers, growled and snarled at anyone walking by the house with or without a dog, and were not excellent at staying/waiting. They have emerged as changed men!

I bring my puppies here for all-day play, and they provide a tremendous service, allowing me to focus on my work knowing that my boys are in good hands. Additionally, a Wag cam allows you to observe your dog if you wish to monitor their socialization. Victoria, Ronnie, and Rachel always amaze me and brighten my day when I bring Mocha and Latte. Thank you so much for being so incredible, and I cannot suggest this location highly enough.

Needed a doggy daycare center for one day on vacation and Wag Hotels was just what we needed. Large, clean facility with internet cam feeds so we could check in on our pooch! They even have two free doggy daycare visits for new members and we did not need to book an interview appointment, unlike some of the other daycare sites. That made it a lot easier and convenient since we only needed daycare for one day. Would definitely recommend and will use their services again!

WAG has been very good with both of my dogs. They been boarded for long stays several times, have been to all day play at least a dozen times and, have done one on one day boarding. All experiences have been great. The staff is super friendly and always remembers their names when we walk in. The only reasons I gave 4 stars instead of 5 are because: 1) The reservation system on the app can be finicky. 5 STAR REVIEW for Wag Hotels Small Dog All Day Play Program. My French Bulldog loves coming to the ADP every week to see all her buddies and socialize, especially with her fellow Frenchies. The facility is clean, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and know us by name. I know my dog is well cared for when I pick her up at the end of the day, tired yet grinning ear to ear.

My dog Chamomile loves wag! She's a regular and the staff is always excited to see her. She's a little rambunctious but the staff is always good about communicating if something happens during her stays. Boarding can be a little pricey but it can be worth it because it comes with the ability to see her on the camera.

"wags" is amongst one of Koda's favorite words, along with "snack", "park", "walk", and "outside". Her ears perks up and waits for me at the door when she hears "wags". Koda loves being at wags. The workers are all so caring and loving towrds her. I utilize their all day play and I board her when im going out of town. The prices are reasonable and they are open 24/7. Wag Oakland has been amazing. My 7 month old Pup Juan Carlos loves going there. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have high energy young dog so all day works well and the convenience of dropping him off whenever needed is helpful. As my schedule has been unpredictability for work. I love that I can see him on camera so I know he is doing okay. I forgot his lunch one day and wanted to add food but no one call me back. I wish there was a way to contact b by them if you need something.
