Wag has been amazing I send my dog to all day play and i can watch him on live stream all day. The staff is great at oakland wag. My dog has been going for over a year. They take great care of my fur baby Ethic. They do all kind of activities with the pets. Check them out on Instagram and Facebook. There price is reasonable, friendly staff Thanks Wag Oakland

Charlie has been going to All Day Play 2-3 times a week for about 2 years and has many doggy friends he regularly plays with. The staff is very friendly and they are very good with him. It's great he has this outlet to manage his activity level and usually comes home and passes out after playing all day. I have the camera up on my computer most of the day and enjoy being able to check on him and watch the other dogs play. We love Wag Hotel! They have been extremely helpful with boarding our Max! As it was his first time boarding and got to experience all-day play, Per all of the updates that Wag provided to us Max did great. Wag is the best with reporting and giving you updates on your dog when you inquire. I highly recommend this business for all of your pet's needs. Thank you WAG!

Boarded my senior dog for a week. My dad picked him up, so I am not sure how he was upon pick up. I wish they provided a written report on how he did. I would definitely use again.

Wags-Oakland, has definitely changed over COVID. It seems like it's gone downhill but that may be because their staff doesn't have the same as pre-covid times, like all other businesses that have that problem with their employees. It takes them SOOOOOO long to approve reservations. I've constantly had to email and try calling because it's gotten down to the wire at some times where I'm needing to make decisions and/or try and make prior arrangements not only for my dogs but for myself, because they take so long. Heads up to the few that administer vaccines to their pets themselves--yes you can legally do it and it will save you some $$$, especially with multiple dogs--WagHotel will not accept this a valid proof of vaccinations unless administered or verified by a vet. I tried to enroll my two dogs here. I completed the online process and uploaded the vaccinated information which was later rejected. Love this place! If I need to drop my girl off, I need to feel confident that she'll be well taken care of and she is!! The staff is great and goes above and beyond. With my last dog, we were out of town and my dog had a seizure. Not only did call us asap, they drove him to his vet to be taken care of. Such a huge relief. Also the fact that they're open 24 hours helps. :)

I took my Goldendoodle to Wag Hotels for grooming by Rachel, who is now at Under One Woof. My rating would be 5 stars if she were still there. I did like the convenient under cover, drop off parking, the clean, spacious lobby and the window view into the grooming area.
