We've taken our dog to Wags for over 4 years and have just wonderful experiences with them, from a couple years of doggy daycare to multiple boarding stays. My dog is not the easiest guy in the world and wags has found a way to make him completely relaxed, happy and confident there. Would highly recommend for a safe place to give your furry friend some love.

we have been bringing our dog to wag Oakland for just about a year now. He absolutely loves going for all day play. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. Facilities are very clean.

They are so great with my wiggly chihuahua who hates nail trimming! If you also struggle with nail trims, I HIGHLY recommend! They're magicians!

Our dog Fionn loves Wags for boarding and all day play. He has is buddies that he plays with, and the folks watching make sure they play nice :) They also give them hugs and scratches. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that occasionally we have asked to have Fionn in the room with access to outside, and then wasn't. Which may have been an issue with numbers, but was not communicated so... But the staff have always been kind and helpful, overall would recommend highly.

My pup is well cared for and loves all the staff. It gives a dog owner peace of mind knowing their fur babies are happy and loved when traveling out of town.

Can't say enough good things about Wag! The staff are all very friendly, and my dog Craig loves coming in every day. Taking him to Wag is the only thing that actually leaves him tired at the end of the day. I love being able to check in on him over the webcam, and the special activities they plan are always very fun. Sometimes the staff even takes cute pictures or videos of him throughout the day to show when I pick him up. Best investment ever, you won't regret taking your dog here.

I don't even know where to start and this review is a bit overdue. Anyways, I can't say enough good things about this place. We've been going here for years and even though we have moved to Walnut Creek since the pandemic began, and we don't go here much anymore due to distance, we had a boarding package we needed to use. We wound up going to Hawaii and dropped our dog, Bulleit, off for our 10 day trip. We were gone for 1 day and Wag Hotels called saying our dog was peeing blood. We love wag! I don't know what I would do without them being so chive and loving to Loki and when my daughter's dog visited Bond. They helped solve the problem of Loki knocking over the water bowls and putting him in a better play group for him. 100% feel comfortable leaving him to board too. Bond and Loki after a day of all day play. Love getting report cards and photos.

I love this place for their professionalism, friendliness, and patience. It was my first time getting my puppy groomed at Wag and they truly placed me with the best groomer possible, Rachel. She took her time giving my puppy, a toy golden doodle, the time he deserved to get just the right doodle cut. She listened to my requests, understood my concerns when I said he had been previously shaved without any notice somewhere else.
