Wag hotel took really good care of our very unsocial dog during our summer vacation. She came back clean, happy and more social than. I received her pics during her stay.

We have taken our dog to WAG Hotel a half dozen times. Both for the day and multiple day boarding. This facility was recommended to us and we can see why. They have friendly staff, cameras to view your dog during the day and it's all been a positive experience. We also got the a nail trim while he was there and it was very competitive price.

I appreciate the Wag Hotel. I particularly like the flexible hours for pickup. I don't really want my dog to be overnight unless necessary so being able to pick her up at 10pm+ is just so great for me. It's clean, it's professional, the staff is friendly.

My husband and I were working in the area for a month and needed a place to send our dog each day. Wag Hotels was an amazing experience for their all day play. Everyone was so friendly and kept us updated on her experience. She was a little anxious at first but the more we sent her, the more comfortable she got. She hasn't attended any type of doggy day care setting so we were worried about how she would do. Wag Hotels in Redwood City took me by surprise! When you walk in, The location is clean and well maintained. The front desk people are friendly and made me feel comfortable about leaving my dog overnight. I visited Wag Hotel at the end of April to tour the place and I was surprised by the great customer service and how clean the facility is. Thank you Wag Hotel. Picked up our little guys early this AM after a 4 night stay. Thank you for taking good care of them, we appreciate it. I find the facility to be very clean, fun and interactive in the playroom for the dogs and i like how I can check in and see my pups on the cameras for more peace of mind, it's like Doggie TV. Lisa at Wags in Redwood City is awesome!! Super nice with the dogs and patient with their humans. Recently, she went above and beyond to help me with a reservation issue for the Christmas holiday. She is super!!! Very nice to know people like her. The rest of the staff are also consistently pleasant, welcoming and responsive. I love that several staff see me through the glass door and call out "Pick up for Ellie" before I can say hello. Great place.

This review is for the salon (grooming) as well as the boarding at Wag, both of which have been great! 1) Wag Salon has been fantastic! We've been coming here since we moved to Redwood City a few years ago, and we've consistently had great experiences there. Liz has been our doggie's primary groomer and she is outstanding!!!
