We have a 15 year old Havanese named Button that we take to Wag Hotel Redwood City for bathing and grooming for the past few years. Jeanette and the folks in the bathing/grooming group at Wag are so gentle and do such a good job with her! She tends to get anxious but they always do a wonderful job calming her down. I take my pooch to WAG Redwood City every day when I go to work. She is SO excited when we get there because she knows she's going to play with her friends and get tons of love from the wonderful staff - and she loves all of them! I'm happy because I know she's in such good hands and so happy. I board her there too and can travel with the peace of mind that she's in good hands with people she knows and loves. WAG makes my life easy and my dog happy - thank you!

We have a 60 pound puppy, 15 months old, and we live in a condo. My husband rescued her in Mexico right before Christmas. She's a very good girl, but (obviously) we don't have a yard. It was getting to the point that she was starting to chew the furniture. I take a 3+ mile walk every day and I started to take her with me when we adopted her. That wasn't enough. We have been taking my lab mix to WAG for her grooming needs for over a year and we love it! We always make our appointments with Jeanette, who takes exceptional care of our not so easy to handle dog. You can tell she truly loves her job and the dogs she cares for!

Having a lovable Maltese and a barking chihuahua my dogs have always gone together for grooming. I ONLY take them to their favorite person in the entire place. ms. JEANETTE is a rockstar They know we're going to see her and get so excited! This review is for grooming services - I love coming to Wag for the bathing services! JEANETTE is wonderful and very caring of my Shiba Inu. She takes pictures and shares those with me when I pick him up. She also ensures he is comfortable, making sure he is able to relieve himself before getting into the bath. I can tell she really cares about him, and that's so important to me!! He always come out happy and smelling so fresh!

I sent my dog there who is big bark no bite mr man cheagle - He loved being here and got extra special love from the managers. He actually missed them when he came home. I would take him back in a heartbeat. Even more when I was on vacation in Disneyland and also az they would call me almost daily to let me know if he was doing well, eating and adjusting ok. Amazing service!!!!

Updating my review: I had previously left a negative review when no one appeared to be at the facility when I was trying to pick up my dog (despite being a 24hr business), but since then, Wag has been super attentive and caring with my dog, and I sincerely appreciate it. They have a super spotless facility and very reasonable rates. We've looked at a bunch of different dog boarding places around the peninsula, and Wag is the one to go with. The one thing I really wish they had though was a way to actually call the facility ... read more
Long story short, I've taken our new rescue Aussie (Jasmine aka Jazz) to Sophia for grooming. She is amazing....she recommended a new cut to help my furry girl cool off and she is so much more comfortable. She also knows we take her up in the hills on the coast so did an extra thorough job looked at her paws. Low and behold she found a super tiny piece of a metal in her paw.
