As a pet pawrent/dog mom, separation because of travel that does not allow dogs to go with you and when it's out of your control can be very challenging in trying to find a place and team of handlers you can trust. I gave Wags Hotel a try because their deluxe suites at least had pet camera so that you can check in on your pup. I also appreciated the 2 day free day care trials as a new customer. We love Liz from Wag Grooming department!! My dog, JJ is a cute looking fluff dog but he's not so friendly to everyone! LOL Liz got the special dog magic and knows JJ so well that he listens to her and loves her! He always comes back looking handsome and happy! Thank you for your amazing talent and all the love and care you provide when JJ goes to see you for grooming every 2months! PS: She also shares after grooming photo which I love! Hands down paw-some, Liz!!! Love, JJ and his mom :)

Thank you Sophia! We have been trying to get in to see a new groomer and have talked to so many places. I had seen mixed reviews of Wag Hotel. They had an opening. Being there is a lot of good reviews I took it. Im glad I did. Everyone is super friendly from the minute you walk in. Everything is clean and tidy. Our pup got the best cut he has ever had. My dog and I love this place. The staff are so friendly and wonderful. My dog loves going here and loves all of the staff members. It gives me peace of mind that they know him so well and they're all so kind and loving. We come here often and my dog has to greet and say goodbye to everyone who works there. You can tell that they love what they do and that they truly care about the animals there. Highly recommend this location.

They were OK. The people were very nice, but they charged me over 100 bucks to make my adorable little Mexican mutt look like a Palo Alto dog that people spend thousands of dollars on. I must admit, I do not respect who buy dogs as I have been in rescue for 20 years. And I have seen enough pure breds and the best mutts in the world euthanized because people are too stupid to adopt a dog who needs a home. Sorry, I am ranting but my dog looked like a total idiot. I wish I was able to give more stars! I have been extremely happy and satisfied with the care my dog Rocket has received while visiting WAGS grooming. Kelsey, our fur specialist/technician has been caring, gentle, friendly and welcoming to my fur baby every visit. I don't trust my dog with just anyone. This is the only place we trust these days to watch our little pup Poker Joe for boarding - we've had some mixed experiences with places in the city and Redwood City Wag has been an absolute revelation. The folks here are so kind, the facilities are well put together and our nervous little pup doesn't mind staying.
