Always have had a great experience at wag. The staff for me have always been amazing. I work long hours and they can accommodate early morning drop offs and late pick ups. This is a lifeline for me and allows me to have a dog during training who is my best friend and keeps me 100%. Thank you guys for everything you do, can't tell you how much I appreciate it. I know Charlie loves you guys too.

I am writing this 3/6/22. I just had a GREAT experience boarding my little cavapoo here for eight days. He is two years old and I was terrified to be separated from him! I was more terrified when, after dropping him off, I read the awful reviews online. However, I could not disagree with them more. The team was very responsive via email and over the phone. Wag has been a wonderful place for my dog who struggles with separation anxiety. He loves coming here and it's his home away from home. The staff takes the time to get to know him. I know he is well taken care of when I drop him off and if helps me have the flexibility to get my errands done. I have been taking my dogs, and occasionally my cat, to this hotel for several years. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. My neighbor takes her dog to daycare there on a regular basis, so I'm going to try that next time. She said her dog always sleeps better after a day playing at the hotel. I have recommended this pet care and grooming to friends and they thanked me.

Highly recommend for grooming or housing fur babies overnight or doggie daycare. EE's are friendly and answer questions accurately and timely.

I had a great experience and oh so did my dog Twass. I was in the Bay Area and needed my dog to be trimmed and pampered and they did a great job taking care of my dog and I. My dog was trimmed and I was pampered. Many shoutouts to Wag Hotels and Chris Gonzales.

I had to board my 10 yr old terrier in an emergency. He normally has a sitter (yes I am that dog mom lol) but he was not available. I was so happy with the customer service and how at ease they made me feel when dropping of my pup. I was able to check on him with no problems. Picked him up after a few days and was very happy with the check out process. Besides the app being a little wonky here and there, i was happy overall. I would definitely board again.

We were happy with our recent (and first time) boarding experience over the holidays. The online reservation system is a little bit cumbersome but the staff were courteous, prompt, and flexible during check-in and check-out.

We just had our 1 year old stay at Wags for 5 days in a deluxe suite. We really appreciated the camera in his suite and signed him up for all day play during his stay. The cameras were helpful for us to check in our little guy. He seemed to have a fun. Every time we called, the staff updated us on how he was doing. Paul was especially informative on how he was doing. One piece of helpful information is if you drop off your pet after 1 PM they will not be able to join ALL DAY PLAY for that day so keep that in mind when checki... read more
