My dog and I love this place. The staff are so friendly and wonderful. My dog loves going here and loves all of the staff members. It gives me peace of mind that they know him so well and they're all so kind and loving. We come here often and my dog has to greet and say goodbye to everyone who works there. You can tell that they love what they do and that they truly care about the animals there. Highly recommend this location.

They were OK. The people were very nice, but they charged me over 100 bucks to make my adorable little Mexican mutt look like a Palo Alto dog that people spend thousands of dollars on. I must admit, I do not respect who buy dogs as I have been in rescue for 20 years. And I have seen enough pure breds and the best mutts in the world euthanized because people are too stupid to adopt a dog who needs a home. Sorry, I am ranting but my dog looked like a total idiot. I wish I was able to give more stars! I have been extremely happy and satisfied with the care my dog Rocket has received while visiting WAGS grooming. Kelsey, our fur specialist/technician has been caring, gentle, friendly and welcoming to my fur baby every visit. I don't trust my dog with just anyone. I've been to other pet groomers and have not been impressed or comfortable. Kelsey was patient and warm hearted from day 1. I won't go anywhere else. This is the only place we trust these days to watch our little pup Poker Joe for boarding - we've had some mixed experiences with places in the city and Redwood City Wag has been an absolute revelation. The folks here are so kind, the facilities are well put together and our nervous little pup doesn't mind staying. Paul is absolutely amazing! I regularly schedule for my CEOs furbaby who needs special care and Paul is so amazing with my boss's pet. He is so proactive in ensuring each visit is wonderful and even when the dog was unable to be groomed (due to temperament) Paul allowed my CEO is use the camera feature and room to check in oh his pet instead. I am so extremely happy with the service I received today from Amber today!!! She completely went out of her way to make sure my pet had a place to stay after an error I overlooked. I am sincerely thankful for her helping me out! Having a large dog it is not easy to find a place for him to stay and I almost had no where to take him. Amber went above and beyond and I am so thankful for her!

Thank you Jeannette for always taking good care of Azul! He enjoys burning his energy off before his baths which is a big plus for him! I will definitely continue to take him to Wag for his grooming needs.

Spa Service & Boarding My puppy looks cleans, groomed, smells good, and happy! Jeanette is the best There's no other better place to leave her when I am away. She is always happy when I drop off or pick her up from the hotel for boarding stays.
