What went well???? JAY went well!!! Been going to wag since our Beagle has been 6 weeks old. Ups and downs at times led us to leave. Thankfully we met Glen and he was the magic of bringing us back. Through Glen we also worked with Jay. Jay not only makes us feel special and treats our beagle as his special guest but we've noticed he treats EVERYONE AND EVERYONE'S pet SPECIAL. I can't say anything negative about this place. A little back story is my dog was my mother in law dog that my husband and I gave to her for mother days. Well she had passed away 2 months later and zai had the worst separation anxiety. Taking him to wag has made that go away. The girls at the front are so amazing. Nayeli see zai coming in the door and she is already calling for Zai to go back to all day play. I've been bringing my dog to Wag Hotel in Redwood City for a couple of years now, and my experience has been fantastic! Amazing staff. A huge shoutout to Jay Grimaldi--he's always so cheerful, attentive, and willing to help. Whether it's a quick check-in/check-out or assistance with scheduling boarding, Jay goes above and beyond to make the process smooth. It's clear he genuinely cares about the pets and their owners. I highly recommend this location for excellent service and peace of mind when it comes to your pets!

Our girl Ellie is shy around people and picky about who she likes. She LOVES Jeannette!! She's a typical husky who sheds enough to make a pillow out of her left over fur, but Jeanette is able to get out all the excess and make her soft and shiny. Jeanette is not only fabulous with the dogs, but she's super sweet and knowledgeable too. She is simply the best!!

I cannot recommend Jeanette from Wag Hotels Spa highly enough! My rescue dog, Leoni, is very timid and has always been nervous about grooming. She always takes the time to make Leoni feel comfortable and has always been so patient with her. And she comes out smelling and looking great!
