Jeanette Robinson is super awesome! We have been taking our two big collies to her for several years. Both of them love her and they always look gorgeous when she's done with them! Our girl Ellie is shy around people and picky about who she likes. She LOVES Jeannette!! She's a typical husky who sheds enough to make a pillow out of her left over fur, but Jeanette is able to get out all the excess and make her soft and shiny. Jeanette is not only fabulous with the dogs, but she's super sweet and knowledgeable too. She is simply the best!!

I cannot recommend Jeanette from Wag Hotels Spa highly enough! My rescue dog, Leoni, is very timid and has always been nervous about grooming. She always takes the time to make Leoni feel comfortable and has always been so patient with her. And she comes out smelling and looking great! This has been a long overdue review! Jeannette has been looking after our doggos for years and they absolutely adore her. She takes the time to answer my questions, teaches me how to better care for their paws and is always so communicative. We have used RWC wags locations for several years now and I appreciate the friendliness and rapport staff have built with me. Patti, over the years it has been an absolute joy to care for Jazz, Even though she can be shy, Jeannette's patience and care always makes sure Jazz is comfortable for his baths. She is such a sweet little Chihuahua and its lovely to watch her leave nice and clean after every stay!
I've had nothing but nice things to say about Wag. I recently had gone though some tough times and Jay from Wag really really helped me out. They treat me and my little Bella like family. I can't think of a better place to leave your dogs for daycare
