Our groomer Sophia has been grooming Poppy since she has been a puppy. Sophia is very caring and professional! She gives Poppy the perfect cut each time! We feel fortunate to use her services and appreciate her skills!

We LOVE Sophia! We adopted our dog two years ago and Sophia was the first groomer to see and take care of her. Sophia's always been so helpful, kind and caring -- definitely felt comfortable leaving our dog with her. We have a Maltipoo and she always looks immaculate leaving the spa. So grateful we found WAG (through a recommendation) and Sophia.

Best groomer and dog lover! Sophia at the Redwood City Wag location is the most caring and talented! She is very intentional, and took her time to get to know our dog, building trust. Wag Hotels has been my go to place for both boarding and grooming of my beloved pets. They operate with the upmost of professionalism, treat me like the most important person they've seen all day, and have always had my pets' best interest in mind. My girls have always enjoyed playtime and love the cuddles that they get from the employees who watch over them as they play. I was so impressed with the grooming job WAGs hotel! Sophia took excellent care of my dog, Pastrami, and he came out looking and smelling amazing. Sophia was very gentle and patient, and my dog seemed to enjoy the experience. I highly recommend Sophia for all pups grooming needs!
