Best groomer and dog lover! Sophia at the Redwood City Wag location is the most caring and talented! She is very intentional, and took her time to get to know our dog, building trust. He loves her and we trust her implicitly. She understands doodles, their undercoat issues, and our guy always comes home handsome as ever!

Wag Hotels has been my go to place for both boarding and grooming of my beloved pets. They operate with the upmost of professionalism, treat me like the most important person they've seen all day, and have always had my pets' best interest in mind. My girls have always enjoyed playtime and love the cuddles that they get from the employees who watch over them as they play. I was so impressed with the grooming job WAGs hotel! Sophia took excellent care of my dog, Pastrami, and he came out looking and smelling amazing. Sophia was very gentle and patient, and my dog seemed to enjoy the experience. I highly recommend Sophia for all pups grooming needs!

Highly recommend working with Sophia - one of the groomers at WAG. She's an attentive, thorough, communicative, and kind with both dogs and and their owners!! And, Oliver, our doodle, is excited to see her every time, and always comes out looking fresh. 5 stars for Sophia!

Liz in the Spa & Grooming department is amazing. I'm always nervous about leaving my fur baby for services but everyone at Wag is so polite and sweet that I am completely comfortable leaving him. Liz is incredible not only did she did an excellent job with his grooming service but she gave him a cute little tie and took time to send two adorable pictures! Thanks Wag you really take the worry out of trusting my boy to strangers.

Went there on Easter morning! We got seated right away! The service was amazing! Carol Lynn was so nice and attentive! The food was amazing! The omelet I had was cooked perfect! The fruit was nice and fresh! Grandma got the biscuits & gravy! They were the best she's ever had! A big shout out to Carol Lynn for the amazing service!
As soon as we pulled on the driveway, Ramen and Maui were excited! That was a happy feeling for us pawrents! We flew out of state and the first call we received was Ramen might be having seizures (he doesn't have medical issues, he's a nervous boy)...this kinda call was not the ones we want to ever receive. It's great to know that I can always count on Wags grooming department to take care of my two dogs when they need baths or nail trims. Jeannette always goes above and beyond to make sure their time at grooming is positive and something they look forward to. It's not easy to find a groomer that can handle an 85lb ball of energy my husky can be. That being said my husky runs to the groomers doors when we pull up and knows that he is about to be well cared for! Thank you for all you do!

Jeannette is the only person I fully trust with my dogs for their nail trim bc she is soooooo careful with my anxious dogs and she does it so well and fast without injuring their quick. Not that the others are bad or anything. They're able to accept walk ins and everyone is v friendly
