Lisa at Wags in Redwood City is awesome!! Super nice with the dogs and patient with their humans. Recently, she went above and beyond to help me with a reservation issue for the Christmas holiday. She is super!!! Very nice to know people like her. The rest of the staff are also consistently pleasant, welcoming and responsive. I love that several staff see me through the glass door and call out "Pick up for Ellie" before I can say hello. Great place.

This review is for the salon (grooming) as well as the boarding at Wag, both of which have been great! 1) Wag Salon has been fantastic! We've been coming here since we moved to Redwood City a few years ago, and we've consistently had great experiences there. Liz has been our doggie's primary groomer and she is outstanding!!! Left my baby boy at this hotel for the week he had the time of this life playing and getting along with the other's dogs there where camera in his room so u can see what he is doing at the time and take him on walks . Glen The manager was so helpful and polite We'll take my dog back here the next time I go on vacation.

As a pet pawrent/dog mom, separation because of travel that does not allow dogs to go with you and when it's out of your control can be very challenging in trying to find a place and team of handlers you can trust. I gave Wags Hotel a try because their deluxe suites at least had pet camera so that you can check in on your pup. I also appreciated the 2 day free day care trials as a new customer. We love Liz from Wag Grooming department!! My dog, JJ is a cute looking fluff dog but he's not so friendly to everyone! LOL Liz got the special dog magic and knows JJ so well that he listens to her and loves her! He always comes back looking handsome and happy! Thank you for your amazing talent and all the love and care you provide when JJ goes to see you for grooming every 2months! PS: She also shares after grooming photo which I love! Thank you Sophia! We have been trying to get in to see a new groomer and have talked to so many places. I had seen mixed reviews of Wag Hotel. They had an opening. Being there is a lot of good reviews I took it. Im glad I did. Everyone is super friendly from the minute you walk in. Everything is clean and tidy. Our pup got the best cut he has ever had. My dog and I love this place. The staff are so friendly and wonderful. My dog loves going here and loves all of the staff members. It gives me peace of mind that they know him so well and they're all so kind and loving. We come here often and my dog has to greet and say goodbye to everyone who works there. You can tell that they love what they do and that they truly care about the animals there. Highly recommend this location.

They were OK. The people were very nice, but they charged me over 100 bucks to make my adorable little Mexican mutt look like a Palo Alto dog that people spend thousands of dollars on. I must admit, I do not respect who buy dogs as I have been in rescue for 20 years. And I have seen enough pure breds and the best mutts in the world euthanized because people are too stupid to adopt a dog who needs a home. Sorry, I am ranting but my dog looked like a total idiot.
