I have been taking my Chiweenie Chucho to Wags for years. He LOVES it. He doesnt like alot of people but he loves Wags. The staff at the Groomer especially! The love and care he receives there is amazing. I wish I could give 10 stars. They are so patient with him, and even send me photos to show me he is ok. Thank you!

My Chia has been attending daycare twice a week for the last couple months and seems to enjoy herself. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. I appreciate how well run their facility is and loved the tour when we signed her up. I love the daily photos and camera access during her all day stay and play time. Grateful to have a safe place to bring my girl!

We had our dog stay here and measured out the food exactly. When we picked him up he had an entire bag of food leftover.... We also left explicit instructions for grooming and they didn't follow it. We paid a lot for extras during his stay and I honestly don't really have any idea if they honored that. They also said he's "a lot to handle" but other dog boarders have only told us how sweet he is...? The people who work there seem to really love dogs and he's alive but meh, will look for other options next time.
I took my cat to them for her grooming. They offered me with the best service in this domain. I loved the look of my cat after talking her back home. My kids also loved the beautiful hair cut of my cat given by them. A great place for your cats and dogs.

I have been taking my dog to Sophia for grooming since he was a puppy, and he always comes back smelling and looking great! He used to be scared at first but now he gets excited when he sees her!

My 3 miniature pinscher went to WAG REDWOOD CITY on August 8 and I picked them up on September 2. They were cared for. They were happy. They played with other dogs daily during "ALL DAY PLAY" sessions so they received social interaction interaction. I received photos daily while I was in Asia. I was able to see the dogs on camera. The groomers at Wag Hotel Redwood City are wonderful! Jeanette is our go-to technician and she is the BEST! She takes excellent care of my girl 'Rocket'.
