As soon as we pulled on the driveway, Ramen and Maui were excited! That was a happy feeling for us pawrents! We flew out of state and the first call we received was Ramen might be having seizures (he doesn't have medical issues, he's a nervous boy)...this kinda call was not the ones we want to ever receive. It's great to know that I can always count on Wags grooming department to take care of my two dogs when they need baths or nail trims. Jeannette always goes above and beyond to make sure their time at grooming is positive and something they look forward to. It's not easy to find a groomer that can handle an 85lb ball of energy my husky can be. That being said my husky runs to the groomers doors when we pull up and knows that he is about to be well cared for! Thank you for all you do!

Jeannette is the only person I fully trust with my dogs for their nail trim bc she is soooooo careful with my anxious dogs and she does it so well and fast without injuring their quick. Not that the others are bad or anything. They're able to accept walk ins and everyone is v friendly

This review is for the Wag Hotel Spa at Redwood City! We frequently book the hotel portion but this past week was the first time that we had booked a service for our pups through their spa service! We figured it was the end of the year and we wanted our pups going into the new year fresh and clean. We were able to make an appointment with ease. My dog has loved her last three visits and we will still continue to come here . I haven't identified the names of the particularly friendly staff just yet , but I feel she's safe , cared for , and there's at least one very sweet guy and a couple of women that are very kind and engaged . There are some cons that do need to be addressed : - the check in has taken anywhere from 15-30 min regardless of holiday , a line , staffing , or not . I've been bringing my dog to Wag Hotel for the past 6 months and I want to say we have had a consistent positive experience during this time. Everyone is very kind, courteous, and super friendly with my dog and I. A special shout out to Nayeli Hernandez, and Jamie Master at the front desk and Lexi Vitols in Small All Day Play. What went well???? JAY went well!!! Been going to wag since our Beagle has been 6 weeks old. Ups and downs at times led us to leave. Thankfully we met Glen and he was the magic of bringing us back. Through Glen we also worked with Jay. Jay not only makes us feel special and treats our beagle as his special guest but we've noticed he treats EVERYONE AND EVERYONE'S pet SPECIAL. I can't say anything negative about this place. A little back story is my dog was my mother in law dog that my husband and I gave to her for mother days. Well she had passed away 2 months later and zai had the worst separation anxiety. Taking him to wag has made that go away. The girls at the front are so amazing. I've been bringing my dog to Wag Hotel in Redwood City for a couple of years now, and my experience has been fantastic! Amazing staff. A huge shoutout to Jay Grimaldi--he's always so cheerful, attentive, and willing to help. Whether it's a quick check-in/check-out or assistance with scheduling boarding, Jay goes above and beyond to make the process smooth. It's clear he genuinely cares about the pets and their owners. I highly recommend this location for excellent service and peace of mind when it comes to your pets!
