I came for a f/u mammogram after the first was inconclusive. I was feeling anxious but had a really good experience. Front desk was efficient and friendly, I was called back quickly, technician was very nice and explained things well. Then I saw Dr. Johnson for an ultrasound which led to a fine needle aspiration. These were added on extremely quickly and smoothly- I was shocked that I didn't have to wait longer. Dr. Johnson was very friendly and communicative, as well as gentle with the procedure. I signed in when I arrived. Was called up very quickly. I had done all the paperwork work before hand. I got called in for appointment very quickly. The changing rooms were very clean.

Got earlier appointment as compared to other facilities. They gave me a warm gown. Facility was clean and everyone courteous. And to top it all, they saw that I was concerned about the results so the Radiologist came by to say everything was fine.

I've been here twice for standard mammogram screening. They are outstanding with sending reminders when your next appointment is due and really good about notifying you the week prior and a few days prior to remind you that the scheduled appointment is coming up so you don't forget. Once you enter and check in, they tell you to have a seat and fill out paperwork. They call you, introduce themselves and tell you where to go and change. I had a really great experience. It was a follow-up to something they found on the first mammogram. They did a sonogram and saw a cyst. They were able to aspirate the fluid out and I barely felt a poke. Everyone was friendly and made the experience easy.

I had a biopsy yesterday that I have been very worried about......I will not have the results until next week, but wanted to say how wonderful Dr. Sung, Mary, Dawn, and Stacy were. Mary explained what the procedure would be like and called me today to make sure I was doing OK! Dawn and Stacy were so caring and compassionate and FUN! I was having such a good time with them that all my worries dissipated! They are amazing! I took my mother here for her annual routine mammogram and ultrasound. She is 90. Three months later she is still talking about how impressed she was with this place and how her imaging didn't hurt like it normally does at the hospital she goes to in NY. At 90, she's had a LOT of mammograms, so she knows of what she speaks. In addition, the radiologist came in to speak with her after her mammogram to ask why she needed an ultrasound.
